My user name is GTP_nani180. Feel free to add me. I'm a G25 player.

I play online GT5P. I love online races on GT5P.

I also play Ferrari Challenge, Richard Burns Rally and Kaido Battle 3.
In some days I think I'll pick up NFS Shift.

My PSN is xL86LSWx, I play mostly Modern Warfare 2, with a bit of GT5P, Midnight Club LA, and Burnout Paradise when I borrow them from friends. :D

JB-BMW1989, feel free to add me. I only use the PS3 for PS3-exclusive games and for blu-ray movies, so be aware that I don't use the PS3 much.

What's that like? Been a fan of the FF series since FF7. My favourite is FF10 and its sequel. However, HATED the last one on PS2. Thought the idea of monsters wandering around for you to see was just...not...Final fantasy. ANd the battle system sucked. Felt like i had no control. Bring back random battles and huge worlds to wander around!

From wikipedia:

Final Fantasy XIII (ファイナルファンタジーXIII Fainaru Fantajī Sātīn?) is a role-playing video game developed and published by Square Enix for the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360. Released in 2009 in Japan and 2010 in North America and PAL regions, it is the thirteenth installment in the Final Fantasy series. The game introduced a few innovations to the series: a fast-paced combat mechanic, a new system determining which abilities are developed for the characters called "Crystarium", and a customizable "Paradigm" system to control which abilities are used by the characters. Final Fantasy XIII also includes elements from the previous games, such as summoned monsters, chocobos and airships.
The game takes place in the fictional floating world of Cocoon, whose government, the Sanctum, is ordering a purge on civilians who have supposedly come into contact with those from Pulse, the much-feared world below. Lightning, a former soldier from Cocoon, begins her fight against the government in order to save her sister, who has been branded a l'Cie—unwilling servants to the beings known as the fal'Cie, who maintain order on both Cocoon and Pulse—and thus has become an enemy of Cocoon. Lightning is soon joined by a band of allies, and together the group also become l'Cie after their encounter with a Pulse fal'Cie. Together, they rally against the Sanctum, while also trying to discover their "Focus" as l'Cies—the tasks they must complete before their time comes to an end.
First appearing at E3 2006, Final Fantasy XIII is the flagship title of the Fabula Nova Crystallis collection of Final Fantasy games and is the first game to use Square Enix's Crystal Tools engine. Square Enix describes the theme of the game as "those who resist the world".[7] Final Fantasy XIII received mostly high scores from noted video game publications but was criticized by many for its linear progression. It became the fastest-selling title in the history of the series, and has sold over 5.55 million copies worldwide.

Yeah I bought the game 3 months ago and I don't even bother playing it anymore. I've already clocked the game in 3 weeks (while training of course).

If your a fan of FF series then have a go with this one. It was gorgeous graphics, decent gameplay and such. The bad part of FF13 is that its linear so better watch out for that!!

*Oh by the way I can't spoil the whole fun for ya. :)

What's your take on these:

I'm only asking your opinion and if you would buy them again?
1) High Velocity Bowling
2) .detuned What do you do in this game I know it's about music
3) Guitar Hero / Rockband Are these any fun which do you like best I've seen my daughter play on a Wii but I'm not sure if it would be fun for me.

I've got the Move and enjoy it have Sports Champ downloaded Tumble (fun but getting all stars not explained in the game just says Time / Understand this some others not sure about but will more than likely be talked about as more people start playing) also downloaded the pool one and mini-golf which I've not played either one yet.

And for some strange reason I'm opelgt1969

1) High Velocity Bowling - Yes. I haven't played it with the Move yet, but with the Sixaxis controls it is still pretty good, and I imagine I would prefer it over Move because the way you hold the controller feels like a natural bowling grip. I think the big difference is that the ball spin without Move is controlled using the L2 and R2 buttons. The themes is also fun and the small comments from the characters can be funny at time. On the face it seems like a goofy bowing game that doesn't take it serious, but each character has different spin, power, and accuracy ratings and the balls are weighted differently with different spin ratings as well. Also, there are different oil patterns on the lane that you must take into account.

2) .detuned - It was cheap, but it isn't actually a game. Your actions make stuff on screen move in certain ways and alter the music. It is good for quick trophies, but the fun and coolness factor wears off fairly quickly.

3) Guitar Hero / Rock Band - I prefer Rock Band, purely because nearly all songs from all games are transferable into the newest version. Instead of treating it like a series of games they treat it like a platform. If you buy songs from the store they will work on all versions. There is a small exception as Lego Rock Band will only allow family-friendly songs, and The Beatles: Rock Band doesn't transfer. But if you are a fan of The Beatles it is a must.

As for general gameplay, you are really just matching button presses to onscreen cues in time with music. If you play a real instrument you may find it feels like a toy. Although Rock Band 3 is supposed to have the pro mode, which will involve a new peripheral that actually uses strings. But if you are the kind of guy that plays air guitar while singing along with your favorite song or likes pretending to be a rock star without wanting or having the ability to put in the effort of learning an instrument then it is perfect for you.

But which title you choose is primarily a matter of song choice. Both have locked in some exclusives, so if your favorite band is an exclusive for one or the other then that should be considered.

Thanks for the reviews I might check out the bowling game when it comes out for the move. Later I might see if I can find someone that lives nearby to borrow a guitar to try unless I find one real cheap. I have to be careful about my gaming as I are stupid and left-handed. I guess it'll be fun playing games with the move and Nav controller (Nav controller controls the left hand side of a controller) How's a lefty going to use a regular controller on the left side with a right hand.

I play Rock Band guitar left-handed. The game has a lefty mode.
