I'm stunned, it seems that I'm the only one here playing this great game.

Thanks for making a subcategory for this great game Jordan, but I't gonna be a bit empty here, if I'm the only one using it

But then again - I could start "post-whoring":mischievous:

Well, I'm kinda distracted by GTA VC at the moment - plus the grunter PC's still having trouble with its internet connection (I'm on the laptop at the moment). I'll pop you a PM once I'm back into it.

I've been playing GPL for some time now. It's the best. :) I've hit a point where it's getting really hard to go any faster, although I must admit I haven't really worked on my GPLRank (-55.8) in a few months. I want to get my Nurburgring time under 8 minutes but that's going to be really hard. I hate the Lotus. :) It's the fastest car but it's no fun to drive. The Cooper and the Brabham are the most fun to drive, methinks.

I still want to find this game for sale. Anywhere. If anyone finds a site selling it, please notify me.

Really, I mean it.

that url is invalid.

pupik i also desperately want to find the game. if you find it anywhere, please notify me.

Okay, the link did something funky in the transfer from Yahoo to here.

Anyway, use your noggin -- go to Yahoo Shopping and enter "Grand Prix Legends" in the search box. :)

Then you're in luck -- the links at Yahoo Shopping are to vendors that carry new copies of the game.

Just go and look already. :)

Thanks, I now feel both stupider and smarter for your posts. I figured it wouldn't be that easy to find.

(2nd guessing me-self...)

You know what I like about old games???

System Requirements:

Windows 3.1 / 95, 486 66 MHz or faster, 8 MB RAM, 256 color Super VGA graphics, 2x CD-ROM drive, Windows compatible sound card. Mcintosh PowerMac, System 7.5 or higher, 8 MB RAM, 14" monitor, 2x CD-ROM drive.

...for those of us whom aren't PC gamers. Thus, virtually any 8-year-old computer will do.

great, i might go pick it up.

i think i posted this somewhere else but dont know where. Is there a way i can get voodoo acceleration emulation or something like that on my 8500? or is there a mod for the game that improves graphics? i dont mind the graphics that much, but they were way better on my voodoo 3 when i had the voodoo acceleration enabled.

awesome. you made my day. although i coulda checked myself.

im buying a momo force and am excited at all of the games i can use it with.

so far the list is gt3, grand prix 4, nfs 5 porsche, and some demos to a lesser degree. soon i will add f355 challenge, colin mcrae 3 and gp legends to the list.

Yes I'm back :D needed some time away from GPL - and thought I might as well go here - with GT4 coming up and stuff :D

Thanks for that download, Clonehead - the course is slightly different, but not so I'd complain - and I love the signage.

I had a little problem with GPL that I managed to fix last night (no matter what option I chose, all the cars were novice trainers), so I'm ready to go - but I'm still hopeless! I've got a lot of extra tracks now, must look into the graphical updates.

i ordered it a few days ago. i hope it will be here tomorrow. i am so frigin excited to get it going. i have a guy who is going to train me using gpl, hahha. if anyone wants to talk to me about gpl, catch me on AIM.

ok, this game is just awesome.........

im on winvroc idling as bijan all the time. we should get some gtp guys together for a game. im not the best yet, but i ran a 1:32.2 in the cooper at monza last night. Ive heard thats not too shabby for someone that has had the game for 3 days.

catch me on AIM
