Fast Horse Motorsports Press Release:

Race 2A started off well with the #43 Grunt Style/ Black Rifle Coffee Company Ford Mustang earning their second Top 10 starting spot. Opening laps saw us fade a bit and were outside the Top 10 most of the night. We tried a different fuel strategy and tire strategy through the middle portion of the race, which we were able to maintain and close up slightly to 10th place. In the final stretch, the #43's strategy paid off as we closed the gap even more and was able to take advantage of a last lap incident to sneak into a 10th place finish. This is our first Top 10 for the #43 Mustang and our second as a team.

Fast Horse Motorsports second car got held up at customs. The #25 K&N Mustang was an apparent target of an organized effort against FHM. From where we aren't sure, but the guards kept mumbling about "pirate coffee." Our guess is they intended to stop the #43 Mustang from entering the country, but the message failed to get to Customs in time and that car was cleared.

Official complaints have been lodged and we at FHM have been told an investigation into the matter is pending. But who knows how far this coffee conspiracy goes.

I noticed the data says I Q’d 15th and finished 11th. I actually Qd 6th and finished 6th. Is this because the two lobbies get combined?
Yes. With both lobbies running simultaneously we gather the data from each lobby. That data is put into a spread sheet and then sorted to determine overall qualifying and finishing places.
If there is a better method to use when running 2 lobbies I’d be more than happy to experiment.
This is the same format we used in pre-season and season 1

Amazing turn out last night thank you guys for another huge grid. Looked like it was a pretty clean 2 lobbies since no IR's were filed and I hope everyone had fun.

Thank you @Nick Cannella @Neutty @Drifter1171 @Jw_wk1010 @Herimopp89 for all the help last night it was a crazy night for myself and I will make sure it doesnt happen again
Anytime. Don’t hesitate in the future to ask of my help. I’m always willing to do what is needed to help this series out. I love the way this thing has grown and I love how you guys cater to get everyone a chance.

Good racing tonight guys! I'll edit the replay tomorrow and get it up. Gonna do analysis on it. @Herimopp89 had it the whole time. Never even thought I could win lol just turned my fuel down and followed him as best I could lol @MatB my new teammate finished P8 after a terrible qualifying and damage, so good job to him as well! @kermitnopermit, had a disappointing pit strategy but almost took second from me!

Honestly you and Kermit kept me honest had I not screwed up lap 8 and hit the wall I think our pace in the room was good enough for first place overall...oh well we move on to next week its gonna be a tight race all night long

At Millennium Falcon racing we fail to see an apology from fast horse racing and wish to see one we are in the process of sending the bill for the front bumper damage and we will get our money. We were pleased with our finish despite front end and engine damage. (Really it was all good @Cornbread243 just playing lol)

You have been added to the score and data sheets. Please review the race day confirmation information below, as this will have a direct impact on your overall participation status regarding the league.

4.2 RACE NIGHT PROCEDURES
We as a group have got to implement confirmation before the race into a routine to avoid mass confusion going into the race. Nog3861/@Nick Cannella has asked weekly for drivers to verify their status on racing that Saturday and has for multiple weeks been forced to sacrifice his qualifying session and practice due to last minute entries. I know it seems like a small detail but we need to take into account that he also has to update the scoresheet, split lobbies for every non-confirmed entry and still start on time. Starting on time is very important for the east coast guys on a normal night starting at 10:30 central means they are starting at 11:30 EST finishing around 12:30 EST on a perfect night. So with that being said we are going to ask from now on any driver wanting to race Saturday night to please confirm their intentions to race or not race by 5:00 central time. When confirming you are planning on racing we ask that you tag @Nick Cannella and @TexasJDC into the confirmation to avoid any oversights. If a driver does not confirm their intentions prior to the 5:00 central cut-off they will be asked to leave and honestly I hope I don’t have to ask anyone to leave I really don’t want that but we must follow the guidelines. PSN conformation is only valid if a driver does not have GT Planet and cannot get GT Planet (M1SS-D3V10US & Grim_has_wifi are the only exceptions at this point). If for any reason a driver does not have a GT Planet account please get in contact with me and I will do whatever it takes to get you signed up (PSN TexasmostHated) or pass the word along to nog3861 so he is informed as well if you can’t create one.

4.1 FULL/PART-TIME STATUS
At the start of the season all drivers will be set to full-time status. In order to keep full-time status a driver must complete 65% of the races since there first race of the season. Special exceptions can be made if the directors determine so. Something like driver losing connection or most of us have young ones and sometimes life happens and like previously stated should always come first, I don’t think it’s right to remove a fulltime driver’s status giving those reasons.

Yea i had no answer for your pace. You were gaining .3 every lap on me and I just couldn't nail the last and first turns. When u hit the wall I knew you'd come back so I turned my fuel to 6 and just stayed behind top, I knew he was pitting that lap and just wanted to match your pace as best I could and maybe save fuel on you at the stop
