THIS WEEKS QUALIFYING
​

Okay I know that qualifying has been on the mind of everyone this week and I do believe that this will be the best way possible.

We will split up into 2 groups in the pits at random and group 1 will stage and go when asked to...then group 2 will enter track and leave the pits and stage up after the last driver finishes his flying lap.

When it is noted to start please give 6 seconds of space to the driver in front of you.

When you are finished with your flying lap please park your car in the same spot for the next group to go out and do there lap ( DO NOT PIT OR YOU WILL NEGATE YOUR LAP TIME )

If you spin out or go off track anytime during your out and flying lap please park you car do not try to renter the track and finish your lap.

if you get caught from behind by a faster car let them pass easily do not try to race them at all and this will be a reviewable incident if you have enough evidence as we will not have a replay of it.

After both groups are completed the top 6 cars will have the option to exit the track and re enter so that way then any fuel and tires are equal level and temp. At that point they stage up and go.

I may have missed something in this but feel free to ask for any questions or comments

You may want to give the 2nd group 2 laps as the area you are talking about may not give “cold tires” enough time to get the same grip group 1 had.

Noted I will most def. give this a look over tonight when i get on and see how cold they get after sitting about 15 minutes which is maybe a little extreme but should give some good feed back. Also looking at other options as well to solve this issue

I am going to go ahead and say I am joining Saturdays race just so I am able to race if I make it home on time. I work saturday but I think I should be able to make it. If I am late, do not wait on me.

I have uploaded a google doc featuring the confirm list on the #3 post in the thread, if you could take a quick glance at it and help make sure I have all of the auto-confirm drivers on it. Also i hope this helps as a reference to make sure you have either confirmed or have not confirmed for Saturday nights race
