Hey Guys!

Sorry for being dangerously MIA lol. It's looking like I'm going to have to retire from the championship this season. Work is starting to ramp up for the next few weeks and I'll be in and out of town on weekends, which means the race shop's going to have to close its doors. Plans to resume operations should come to light sometime in the beginning of July...very special plans hopefully (stay tuned ). Assuming I have time, I would like to cut my teeth in the Wednesday night races if entry is still open and the Cayman's still available? Otherwise, my shop will be on standby for the remainder of the season.

Despite my many..MANY..mishaps (sorry to anyone whose race I may have ruined), I thoroughly enjoyed the season. The track selection was fantastic and the level of competition has been evenly spread out with every race. A top 10 finish with you all feels much more rewarding than even a top 5 in those PHENOMenal daily races....Lord please be with us lol. Anyhow, you guys are very quick and consistent so beating you all next season will certainly be a tall order. Might have to look for a bigger motor. :mischievous:

Thanks for the fun guys! See you back out there next season!

Completely understandable, and appreciate the heads up. I will mark you as "CONFIRMED-NOT RACING" for the remainder of season 2. If one of those weeks should change, just let me know. Hope to see you back for season 3.
The Wednesday night GR4 races start at 10:00pm Eastern time. Link below:

Hey guys so I saw someone mention this in the update thread and forgot, but last night I noticed my rears were wearing faster than my fronts and needed opposite bias as before. Anybody else see that?

acutally yes i did notice that as well i usually run in 2 to the rear but just went to 0 and fixed it up evenly

Ok I didn't have time to mess with it, I noticed on my only out lap and put it to 1 front when I usually need 3 rear for that Merc. I wonder if they changed it back last night

Lol my strategy was complete $hit last night but I got a few ideas for the race Saturday so it wasnt all bad
If theres a strat for me, it means slower lap time difference saving fuel is less than a pit stop when all are added up so I have no clue if there's a strat or not after running 1 with short shifts in that so still gotta practice haha

Yeah I noticed short shifting and running fuel map 2 put me so far behind it wasnt worth continuing that strat the softs for the Lexus would be done with 1 lap of fuel remaining and the mediums would be the way to go to start but I need to fine tune that idea before Saturday night....maybe it's just me but it seems gts increased the tire wear on the softs and supers

It looks like the new physics are just harder on tires and affects all compounds, but seems to affect MR cars worse. That's why tire wear multiplier has been so drastically decreased in FIA events for the coming season.

Interesting I'm surprised they made such a drastic change but I said the same thing when they made the softs and supers last longer lol

Man.. maybe mediums have improved... Doubtful lol I'm sure they'll still fall off something horrible as usual

My strategy was to run mediums until the tank was empty. Rolled into the pits with .01 left in the tank. My 2nd to last I coaster in cuz I ran out right before the entrance. Tires were definitely burned though. I think I was getting 8 laps per? I don’t remember

@TexasJDC we all gotta get this multiclass series straightened out lol it bugs me everyday not having it finished but I barely have free time. I think I'll try to just put everything together that works and set a date already.
@Alltrac185 what do you need from me? Why can I do to help? I have a drivers list started I have data and scoresheets mocked up. What else can I do?
