RACE-DAY CONFIRMATION IS NOW OPEN FOR RACE #9 Suzuka Circuit 14:30 Fine Weather 6/8/19
RACE DAY CONFIRMATION CLOSES ON SATURDAY, 6/8/19 AT 5PM CENTRAL/6PM EASTERN.
Please state your intentions if you plan to race or not.
***NOTE***If you have an auto-confirm pending, or have previously confirmed, but will not be able to race, that statement must be made in this thread. Failure to do so will have a negative impact on your participation % and your overall status.

I'd like to race Saturday night! You guys tell me though - I'm getting better for sure, but still am having a hard time with consistent laps. I feel like one slip up and I'm in last place the entire race. I will adhere to the moving over for faster cars rule.
@MoocH, we welcome and encourage you to race with us. That is a great way to begin to improve your skill level and driver ability. The skill levels vary from driver to driver in our league, but that should not discourage you from suiting up and joining in.
The more you race with us, your consistency will improve. Last place? I know it all to well...LOL, but it does not hamper me from practicing and showing up to race against some of the best drivers in the game. It will only make us better, and that is what keeps me motivated.
I will place you on the grid for Saturday night.

Nick makes a really good point man just keep practicing, save the replays and watch what some of the faster guys are doing and over time you will get there. One thing I always say is as long as your having fun and enjoying the racing you've already won! I'm one of the slower drivers and at times I find myself in last place running time trial laps it's hard not to get discouraged but over time you'll notice your pace gets better and you get faster. Also join in any practice you see open just run some laps and that helps out alot.

You obviously haven’t raced against @Herimopp89 he is absolutely terrible. I feel bad for the guy. :sly:

On a serious note like they said. Whether you are racing or practicing. It’s all good for getting better. By racing with us you get to learn the lines and learn more each and every time you hit the track.

You can battle with me and @TexasJDC for last place! Lol

You'll improve plenty here don't frown, just remember driving as fast as you can means your on limit and the chance of wrecking increases. Always drive a little under what your capable of. Better to finish a few seconds slower than you can rather than minutes due to damage and extra pits. There will be practice mock races soon and your welcome to join!

I couldn't agree more with what all trac says here the hardest thing is to know your limits. Once you find out your limits from there during practices and what not you push your self to see what you can get out of the car next. While you see some of the faster drivers drive off In the dust don't let it discourage you at all (I was one of them drivers and still am) I instead try to limit the amount of mistakes I make and try to run consistent laps...the sky is the limit

We all get anxious and may run wide or goose it too soon but at least not pushing the whole time gives you the presence of mind to notice where you can gain time. Definitely my golden gold rule as well lol

After @TexasJDC uses his voodoo doll on me, we'll Duke it out for last place.i usually feel like a field filler at times, but still have fun. Results don't really matter to me though, it's the atmosphere these guys provide.

The rivalries are what make it better I know I push harder when I see you guys ahead of me just as I probably do for you guys when I'm rarely ahead

BoD ANNOUNCEMENT
alright you bunch of hooligans as ARL continues to grow and evolve we are proud to announce @Neutty has accepted our invitation to join the BoD. He has been here since pre-season and has seen alot of changes as we grow and helped us along the way. He has bailed us out this season in some sticky situations, always here to help us when we need it, and has the exact mindset we have when it comes to fun and competitive racing. We see nothing but good things coming from adding him to the BoD and hope each of you agree!

Alright enough "club rubbing" as @Nick Cannella would put it! If theres any problems blame him and @Ryan Kirk for the rest of the season!
