I went out not thinking of pit strat, thought I was doing the same as Snail and then went one too many laps, then my 100lb dog got in my lap and I wrekcked. Got engine damage with 4laps to go and knew I would finish at the back. I'm gonna go over the car list, I'll probably just forfeit my points for this season. Sorry guys. I want to keep racing but the AMG has become to much of a boat for me and for weeks I've dreaded having to race it @TexasJDC @Nick Cannella @Herimopp89 @Neutty

Understandable man $hit happens especially when we are in the middle of a season and gts decides to change the physics. Just keep your head up and keep pushing if you want to change cars just post in the thread

My apologies for not making it. Game didn't finish its download in time. Took like 12 hours to finish. Sadly,I lost almost all my liveries, pics, and replays. Somehow managed to keep my firesuits and decals though. Hope y'all had fun.

That stupid AMG has the worst fall off ever. I don't know if it's my style that's changing, the tire models, physics, but I can not keep up at the front anymore. I can hop in the z4 or the Subaru and multiple others and I can keep my lap times pretty similar but the AMG goes into the turn at one speed, and then at apex you realize you don't have the grip.

@Alltrac185 that's what I went through with the R8 bud. Not all the same issues, but such a drastic change from the norm that it just isn't drivable anymore. I drive that car almost every day, but I'll step away, get a feel for other cars (post update) and see what's what.
I know your frustration well and honestly I switched to AMG purely based on how it used to feel. I can say right now that I won't be driving it next season either if nothing changes, but I will for the remainder of this season.

There are a lot of cars out there where u just have to be willing to sacrifice .500 a lap in favour of consistency and less fuel needed. A lot of them are twitchy on throttle but my style has leaned toward those types of cars for awhile now. This season was pretty much my first time racing against fast drivers on a regular basis
