I don’t know if it was just my lobby, but Interlagos provided some great strategic racing. It was a lot of fun despite how it ended for me lol. The race itself though reminded me much of Catalunya in that it felt like tire choice and fuel conservation were prioritized more over outright pace. Rounds 2 and 3 felt as though pace and conservation were equally prioritized. Granted it could just be my driving style and car choice, I still think the racing has been fantastic this season so far.

Keep up the great work BOD. The racing is seriously getting better and better! :cheers:
 
Results from last nights race are about 95% complete. All that is needed is best lap times (which can be captured at the end of the replay) for the lobby hosted by @PApunk924. If anyone has the replay saved and can provide that to me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Apologizes for my absence last night, been crazy at work lately i came home and turned my console on and layed down to relax and ended up falling asleep. :lol:

I went into the race and had no clue what strategy to run in the snail endurance I ran 8 lap stents...last night I ran 2 11 laps stents than a mad dash to the end to get the fastest lap. @BGCaligula I believed pitted twice @Neutty pitted twice like me and still only separated by a couple seconds at the end I had a blast last night....over all a great weekend of racing a 3rd a 2nd and a win to top it off

Yup. Enjoyed that one. I pit 3 times though. Made the decision just before qualifying to risk it. Had to do 1:32's or better every lap to make up for the extra stop lol. Worked out ok I guess. Great racing by everyone.

You two on super softs and I was on softs and there just wasn’t enough tire left on softs I have no clue how you guys were able to run supers.

Like I said after about 8 laps there was no speed there and it I just worried about concentrating on my marks...I wasn't really worried about where I finished just went and tried my damndest to beat you lol.

Did someone save the replay of the mock race? I was behind @Neutty and noticed around lap 12 or 13 he hadn’t had his first stop. I was thinking there was no way he was on softs. Unless I didn’t see him stop, I think he was. I actually made 4 stops that race I believe because he stretched his tires so far I got off-sync with him.

I ran 13 laps on softs. I was wayyyy off pace, then made a few too many mistakes and had too many penalties.

On my test run I did 11 on Supers, but it's like @Herimopp89 said, after 7 or 8 it's all about line and momentum to keep a decent pace. If you got challenged on lap 10 you couldn't fight it. I pit right when I felt them fade every time.

Man, 5 laps on softs and they faded.
