Don't tap off WiFi from NASA's satellite.

If your PS4 is right beside the router without anything in between, it should be running fine. Unless it's a set distance away, I'd recommend you re-consider your network setup.

Ran the mock race and lack of grip allowing the car to slide around was destroying the tires, and actually wore more than the supers were. I was worried I was going to have to run the mediums because of that. I stumbled upon supers during the mock after I hit the bridge. I was going to see what kind of time I was able to make up/lose to Sam by going 2 lap stints. I noticed I had plenty of wear for a 3rd lap. So I went for it. I made it to the last 3 turns and really started to slip, but with softs it was much worse earlier in the 3rd lap. So I made the decision to go with supers. I focused on the exit of the corners and tried to allow the car to not slide. Somehow it worked. I feel like I had the race won as I wasn’t ready to push the car until the 3rd lap. I also had the fuel for it. Then turn two happened, on the final lap. I had to take that turn much different than the first 2 laps of a stint. (I forgot!!!) then I had to use the “stashed” fuel to run down dam again, and ran out on the front straight. It was a TON of fun @SAMHAIN85 we literally were less than a second for the entire race!! Btw, I was tempted to run the EVO Gr.3 last night, and I tested a run on supers and the car couldn’t handle it.
I don't know if it's a Supra thing, but I had a hard time managing tires here and that's something I'm usually ok at. I spent a long time in JW's slipstream and I think it killed my fronts. Then I looked at the relay and noticed JW's tires were doing so much better. It was pretty difficult coming to the end of a stint.

See the trick is in hitting your marks every single lap. Yea you can supers but it comes at a cost the minute you abuse the tires same with softs... it really comes down to fuel usage
For sure. Hitting the same marks as tires depreciate becomes increasingly harder to do.

I think the race went well. Mr. The J Dub and I had a really good scrap going for quite some time. The lobby was very clean and respectful from what I could see.

Here's my on-board...

This is not allowed either

Best advice i can give is to treat lap 1 as a warm-up lap. Then start racing for real on lap 2.

This should give you 1 extra lap on your tires.
Yep I had realized I pushed too much on lap 1 down to the first few corners and always end up spinning into the wall on cold tires.

But yes, I'd definitely like to save as much tires to extend my stint and reorganize my strategy on-the-go. I really appreciate this input.
