So our driver has been absent the last few days, following the incident on Tuesday. The bosses headed off to "test" but all of our cars and equipment are still here. Things are eerily silent around here.........

In need of some testing... and help. Last time I was at a session, I barrelled off into a 90° left handed following another car (I think J-Dub aka jw). In the braking zone, I applied earlier than the car in front, but still plowed into him. It was like the brakes had glazed over and I had none.
My only conclusion in all this is the Jake Brake cheat, as I call it. So my goal is to get a manual transmission in the car and see if I can knock off a few more tenths, but I suck at it. I'll be on tonight if anyone has a car their willing to trash.

I do know if you brake right behind another car, the vacuum space in front of you will still increase the braking distance.
