On that note...NASCAR season is fast approaching! There is a fantasy game in the official NASCAR app that I typically participate in every season. I could create a league for ARL and post the link in here for everybody to join in. It is free to play unless people do side bets on their own. It's a lot of fun and makes the races more engaging.
make it, dawg
Edit: of course you announced the league on the only post on the next page that I did not bother to look at before commenting.

Regarding wildcard and the 13 week season, your two best (out of three) will be scored.
This is in addition to the two lowest scores being dropped for the season. So essentially, the same as last year. 10 of your 13 best scores will go towards overall points. In other words, a driver may "miss" (or have terrible races) two regular season races and one WC race, and still be in the hunt for the championship.
Something different.

Typical question that comes up a lot, but I figure I'd ask anyway. If there is a new track in the coming months is there a chance we'd see it on the schedule?

NASCAR FANTASY LIVE 2020

Sunday, February 16 kicks off the 2020 season of the NASCAR Cup Series with the 62nd Annual running of the Daytona 500!

I will be hosting an ARL fantasy league through the official NASCAR Fantasy Live game. You can access this for free through the official NASCAR app OR through the NASCAR website. Instructions to join are as follows:
  • Go to: www.nascar.com OR download the Official NASCAR app through your mobile device.
  • Create a username and password
  • Build your profile
  • You will eventually be prompted to "join a league" where there are two options: public or private.
  • ARL will be a private league
  • To join a the private ARL league:
    • League name: American Racing League (ARL)
    • Motto: Closer Than You Think
    • Password: arl2020
  • Once you've joined you should see my name NASCARNATE_91 among some others
  • From there just READ THE "HOW TO PLAY" RULES

***There might be a points race for the Busch Clash or the Duels. I'll keep everybody posted!

If there are any questions feel free to ask!!!
Can you not start your fantasy pick for this season yet never done this before

Picks are done each week. So, you'll reset your roster before each race. There's a winner for each race, and points from each race get added for overall season points. Currently, it's not open for picks yet. I will post when it becomes available which should be a week or two before the race.

More than likely not this season after last season switching up sarthe it created some confusion so it's probably best to leave it

Perfect for me
So if we only race 10 of 13 we score all 10
Or we score 7 of 01?

I forgot to switch sarthe and Laguna after I posted it I saw the error. So I will leave it up to you guys do y'all want to switch sarthe and Laguna or leave it as it is

And I'm the one who didn't know this and created the confusion on that issue because I didn't see any post about the change. It's all good and if you guys want to swap out tracks with one from a new update its fine with me.

I'm good with the desert, just not the state. I vote leave it.

I like Willow Springs a lot. I like tracks that have very tight boundaries like Willow and the Tokyo tracks. I think most people have trouble on these tracks because they are forced to stay on the tarmac and cannot use runoffs for extra space. This in return can make everyone's lap times closer to eachother.

I enjoy Willow simply because of the last turn. During a recent practice there, I got high enough to see the Hollywood sign, while flying backwards into the pits. All I could do was busy out laughing.

I've made it my goal that if I can't catch the car, I must hit the ditch and launch it.
