I should be there
@SydViscus
I'm in tonight if therenis an opening.
What a weekend race! I had a bit of an issue with the fronts while on qualifying tires. The fronts died so quickly within 3 laps and I struggled for a good timed lap.
Had a bit of fun locking up the brakes into the chicane and trying to get my lines right (the Spoon still remains a challenge for me).
Race start was quiet, tried to stay out of the action as much as possible but got into a couple of snag here and there.
Drove as conservative and relaxed as possible with a 1-stop strategy, and minimizing mistakes on the way. But the car was a handful when my rear aero broke on lap 14 due to getting hit from the rear a couple of times in the hairpin and chicane, decided not to pit for repairs since I could maintain lap times as before, if not as close.
While Suzuka isn't really my strongest, but I still love the challenge of the esses and winding curves. These really put your throttle skills to the limit. Bringing the WRX around is like taking a walk with a happy bulldog in the park, while it's eager to run into the corners and happy to drag you along. It felt really smooth, but braking was a bit of a hassle with the rear sliding (didn't shift brake balance to avoid upsetting the car more).
Ultimately I brought the car back home in one-and-half piece, albeit a lap down.
Whoever was Prada, I am sorry. That was my mistake at Degner 2. I'll just go ahead and turn myself in.
Points:
Drop week has been added to the scoring for both the Drivers and Team championships
Congrats to the winning team this week Full Turtle Racing.

One question: Will the setting that auto-resets your car back on track be enabled in all lobbies? Or you have to drive back on track safely on your own, regardless of how far you've spun off?PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ALL DRIVERS:
After this weekends race, I want to make one thing very, very clear. When you leave the track for ANY reason, your fault or not, you are expected to re-join the track in a SAFE manner. After a deluge of IR's, mostly due in part and some entirely based on unsafe re-entry to the track, I feel the need to remind you all that unsafe re-entry to the track is unacceptable driving, and will not be tolerated. I know it can be frustrating, especially so if you have been put off through no fault of your own, but that's no excuse to ruin someone's race. When possible, use the run off to navigate safely back onto the track, if this is not possible you must under all circumstances wait until traffic has passed. When leaving the track at a high-speed corner, remember that when you return to the track, braking distances are increased with dirty tires.
I always check inputs when going through this process, and I know sometimes cars are out of control and come back across the track, I am not going to penalize anyone for that. This is specifically regarding controlled re-entries. I know this is a clean group, hell we did 45 mins of Tsukuba with limited incident, and I know you do your best to make this league clean and fun. Let's work to keep that going.
ALSO
Regarding the confusion around the re-start in my lobby last night, I want to apologize to anyone who was impacted by my unclear restart call. I should have said "Lobby A restart" or something to that effect, as opposed to just saying "restart". It was my first ever restart (hence the clean league) and I know I could've been more clear and I wanted to let you all know I will do better from now on when communicating important lobby info to drivers.
