Gran Turismo 2 CD BONUS - what is it?

Can it burn Gran Turismo 2 bonus CD ISO image on PSP and SP Vita? Because they want to make it possible for you to make an ISO image of PSP and PS Vita, thank you.

For what it's worth, I figure out I also document and preserve the save data included with the Music at the Speed of the Sound's bonus disc (these are US version saves).

The Money save contains:

• 9 cars
• Cr. 2,649,320 on hand
• 232 days
• S License with 5 golds/16 silvers/39 bronzes
• 100% complete, with perfect win ratio

The Cars save contains:

• 23 cars, some tuned and some others custom wheels installed
• Cr. 872,255 on hand
• 119 days
• S License with 6 golds/16 silvers/28 bronzes/10 kids prizes (all for A - GT1 import?)
• 35.15% complete, all GT League events done and some Special Events partially done

There might be NTSC-J GT1 or GT2 saves in the Memory Card Data Books too; I should probably look into that.
