Gran Turismo 4 Mode Racing

Does anybody know how to race two players using the cars that you own in Gran Turismo mode in GT4? I used to do in the first Gran Turismo by loading the cars off of the memory cards. Do I have to set up a LAN Network? Or is there a way through Arcade mode?

You can race two players on one PS2 with a split screen, the graphics are going to be considerably reduced as it is supporting two windows. If you back out of the Gran Turismo mode you can go to arcade mode but you have to set up your options. I can't be more specific as its been awhile and you have to have a PS2 on to do it step by step.

I get the split screen part but can I use the cars I have built on Gran Turismo mode? Like lets say I buy two different Camaros in Grand Turismo mode. Can I use them both to race my friend?

I just figured it out. When selecting a car in a two player race, the two numbered buttons on the top with the "1" and the "2" represent the memory cards. And by clicking on them you get the cars you have on each career of each memory card. Thanks Guys. 👍
