Its by far the best bracing Sim out there today, swallow that. This is way above average quality, just not perfect...yet. Its as good as its going to get on this generation of console put it that way.

Hey guys, for you posting your pictures here, please create a gallery into the subforum Photomode and put all your pics there. It will be easier to find them all at the same page 👍.

the game's about to come out and yet people are still not pleased...news flash you egotistical snobs, you don't deserve a perfect game. We're already very lucky to have someone such as Kaz who has such passion and love for cars to help us create a game as big as GT5. Nothing is perfect in this world, don't expect it to be we're all pretty damn flawed and in my eyes these guys slaved over god knows how many hours trying to create this for us, show a little respect. If you have a complaint then just state it but don't act like you deserve PD to produce a flawless product for you. The system's already at it's limits and as Kaz said GT is not done. There still a lot left to do so relax people and just enjoy what we have so far...

we buy it?

I understand what you say but they don't give it for free ok?

Are you sure?

Yes, according to my calendar at the bottom right of my screen its says 23/11/2010. The games "official" release is 24/11/10, that will be the date the game will go online. Im sure you will get 1st hand experience of the online mode tomorrow before you need to see any footage on here.

big mouth net hero,eh? grow up kiddo

the response is so agressive,it's like all of you don't want this to be fixed
unreasonable rage all over the net)

We all want things to get fixed, the issue is the gross exaggeration and flat out lying to make the game sound much worse the it is, one guy saying the graphics are terrible, oh really? Why do all agme sites rave about the graphics? Looks outstanding on my PS3.

Graphics

Graphically little more can be said about Gran Turismo 5 than simply, wow. Surpassing all the franchises previous releases and most other games on the market, the level of detail seen in the vehicles and environments alike is nothing short of astounding.

Tracks such as the Top Gear Test Track are replicated in the game in inch-perfect detail with backdrops replicating those of real life. While the cars themselves are perfectly true to life, a brief dabble with the in car camera failed to impress as much as other aspects of the game.

ahaha you did even answer me:dopey:

of course it's not released yet this is why I asked if servers are already online:)

There's even less point in pretending everything is perfect.

I'm not pretending everything is perfect. I know its not.

Do I think its worth 60 bucks and will it keep me occupied with fun? Yes.

Is anything perfect? NO.

I'll take your avatar for example. I'm sure you would love to have one of those. Is it perfect? No. Does it get good gas mileage? Does it pollute the world? Is it dangerous to drive one of those? Is that a scratch on the roof? The question is are those things worth dealing with for the price that you would have to pay for it, and will the pros outweigh the cons? IF the answers are yes, then will you really complain about all of those minor things when taking it to the track? In my case all of these minor glitches and/or disappointments are worth dealing with and I will not cry and moan about them when I know I will be concentrating on more important things.

Expressing dissapointments is one thing, I have them too and have expressed some on this forum, but I'm not going to demand that I want better this or that. The game will be in my hands tomorrow. Will you buy it for what it is, or will you buy it with hopes of what it can be? If you are going to buy it, then its a little late to demand things or keep going on about what it doesn't have.

I mean seriously, implying that the game is now below average because it has a glitch or jagged shadow or something is dumb. For that to be true, then more games than half of all ever produced would have to have 0 glitches and/or bugs. And I'd like to see that.

Anyways, I'm not here to make enemies, just debates, so whatever you feel you need to do or defend, cheers.

Just because games are usually shipped with bugs doesn't mean they should be. They are relying on the internet to put bandaids on their games. It's great that we have that avenue to get patches, but they really should be tested better before released. We shouldn't have to be beta testers.

No need to come out swinging with insults, thanks.

The only problem with them fixing all the minor bugs(ones that have no affect on the gameplay) is that it will push back the release date, and doing that multiple times pisses the fans off. I've been through it :|

What I'm trying to say is you can't expect everyone to not complain, clearly it isn't perfect and people need to say where it needs improving. Just ignoring the faults will do absolutely nothing for the game.

I don't like hearing people complain more than you do, but it's to be expected. So long as they aren't complete douchebags when they talk about it :sly:

Regardless of the pop-up I'm sure there'll be some things that will be off a bit. I'm not sure if these guys installed it or not. Maybe save some 'memory' for the PS3 and cut off the driving music. I don't need anything but the sound of the engine. Anyway, have we seen this image?

If you had hidden the GT logo I would never find out it's from the game. I'm still thinking whether it is or not photoshopped.
