@Jordan, @Famine
Thanks for taking seriously the trust of PD and Sony. This is great honor for :gtplanet: and we know that no matter what anybody posts, hypes, or tries to scoop the news, when we hear it from you it will be Fact as you state it.
Thanks Guys!!!

Yes... I totally SECOND!!!! Thank you guys!!! your work is really appreciated!

The UK is currently not on GMT, it's on BST (GMT+1). Italy would normally be on GMT+1 but is on CEST (GMT+1). Converting from GMT to CEST will give you a 2 hour time difference right now.

4pm BST at Silverstone is 3pm GMT, 5pm CEST.

Yes, sorry for the confusion.

Just a note
The time converter, in the blog post, does not seem to work fine, at least for Italian time conversion.
It gives me 2 hour difference while, actually time difference Italy-UK is just 1...
3 pm in Silverstone means 4 pm in Italy as far as I know.
The converted time is correct. The UK has summertime (bst), which means it's actually UTC +1 there in this case. Following italy has UTC + 2 now (UTC +1 +1 summer time)

:)

That van from a pages back will be in GT6. ;)

EDIT: GT Academy FB page confirmed there will be no livestream, but they will be updating live on twitter and FB.

Have you played GT5 lately?

Loading times are unbearable, online is shaky (random disconnects, black screen, etc.) and no more than 16 cars on track simultaneously.

Can't wait for more RAM, SSD and a faster, more stable internet connection.

Too bad GT5 isn't GT6. We don't know what improvements they'll make on GT6, so assuming the same problems will persist on GT6 is utterly presumptuous. You're assuming the answer without any hard evidence.

I personnaly hope its a multi platform release because honestly the new gen consoles are nothing more than PCs really and i would rather buy a PC than the next gen.

Haha thank's I lost count so just went for a round number!.

Not going to read a thing until Jordan's posting the information, to many GT reveals have been ruined by misinformation etc. This ones being done properly and It's going to be better for it!

EDIT:

Multi Platford in regards to PC etc won't happen. It's one of Sony's top system sellers.

Well said. GT planet has always been and will be my place to go for reliable GT news.

i still remember standing in front of the game shop, staring at the first gran turismo, it was all i wanted back in the day... i was i kid, now im 28 and im still dreaming like a kid waiting for the next gt game... incredible

I still remember playing the demo of GT1 from official PlayStation magazine. Driving the race modified Subaru Impreza on Clubman stage route 5. Trying to think of the other car the demo gave you, was it the NSX? I forget.

If that leaked story was true, would you be satisfied with "only" 7 additional circuits/locations? I have to say that I expected/expecting 10+ but oh well, 7 is also good if Seattle Circuit is in it! :D

I think it's better to wait until the official info goes online... as Jordan said, they are still on the road, and nobody received nothing yet.

Can there be a losing scenario here? I think that either way GT6 coming soon is a good thing.

GT5 is awesome though, I won't start denegrating it because its being replaced, when it was first launched I thought it was near perfect, imagine how much closer the next one could be?

I really don't trust the story. I think many of us could make easily a fake like that... it is saying really normal things; more tracks more cars more parts...

Half the Media Sites that Report on these GT Stories get the Information Wrong or Mis Informed by putting Articles together that have led up to this point. Seriously guys Just wait till Official Reports come through from Jordan and once the Embargo gets lifted.
