Pretty much thought the same thing

This is an italian link:

They had a few words, at E3, with a developer (they did not say who...).
Here is what I consider more or less relevant, no real news though.
- The new rendering model allows better performance.
They said that 60 fps was always on during the trial they had... it is also true that it was only one car...
- Standard cars will be in the game. A new 'upscaling' system will make them closer to the premium ones.
- Damages are still a question mark. As we know an issue is that some manufacturer does not allow to have 'their' cars wrecked...
- Sounds improvement is a top priority for PD.
If the Italian guys got it right, it was said that PD (or Sony) is thinking to implement a 'feedback' system, so that people will be able to promptly indicate which are the major issues in their opinion.
Glad Sound is a high priority ,You'd think a mega Team like PD will be able to atleast have something soon regarding sounds.
It might be a high priority but how they are going to go about the improvements is anyone's guess.
I think from what we're getting in the demos we won't be getting any improvments come launch, maybe the PS4 version then.
We have half a year to game release, they are currently concentrating on physics engine mostly, because the GT Academy is just behind the corner, and physics are most important there, not sounds. Sounds are done only to "work" for these E3 demos, look at new cars, SLS GT3 has V12 Vantage sound etc. They haven't done that with premium cars even in GT5, every car sounds different (I'm not saying good, just different), even premium Mazda Roadsters NA, J-Special (or whatever it's called, the yellow one) sounds beefier and louder than the other one. And physics need to be finished for GT Academy, or at least in a properly working state without any bugs.
Never say never, PD do like to keep a lot of stuff hidden until the last few weeks before release.
Ie skid marks and tyre smoke, along with rain etc
None of them were in the GT Academy "demo"...
Along with stuff like grass particles and backfires, if I recall.
When will we be able to read the interview between Kaz and Jordan? We're looking forward to it!
Yeah, where is the interview?
It was supposed to be yesterday, according to some people on this thread.
Maybe trolls?

If you notice Jordan did not post the Rewind this weekJordan said he would "transcribe it tomorrow" on the day he did the interview. Everyone took it that he would post it on that day as well. Hopefully today, but he didn't mention anything about it in the Weekly Rewind which is surprising.

Aside from Willow Springs track, I did not see/hear anything new from E3 for GT6. Do you guys agree?
When is the next big video game conference?
