Gran Turismo 7 and GT Sport User Interface Fan Art

As @Obelisk says two of those are very hard to read because of the headlights. There is also the same issue that older GT games had, it looks like a UI designed for a mouse or touch input but you've only got a controller. That generally leads to unexpected and frustrating movements of the cursor trying to get to the one you want. For example if you're on Licenses and press right, do you land on options or course maker?

Try to keep everything on a square grid, would be my advice with clear L/R/U/D movements, no diagonals.
And the white from the car makes the words a tiny bit harder to read

Alright, this my work on the dealerships. I'm planning on making a animation of this using the software which I used to render the image.

I like the general layout a lot, but for me the entire thing is a bit too dark. I think either a lighter gray background or perhaps white would suit better?

I'm working on a separate version to this with a tiled and modeled background but I decided to upload this first as a test.

That's just a re-done version of the GT6 UI. Also, odd rendering on the GT-R.

It's more than just a re-done GT6 UI.

What's so odd about the rendering?
;)

The reflection on the windows and roof look funny, and the color isn't quite right.

And it's set up exactly like the GT6 UI, except it looks sharper, and not as busy.

So what if it is similar to GT6. The glass shader used on the window reflects in that way, also there are 4 emitting planes hidden to the image. Unless you understand how to set nodes for accurate renders I don't see why it' so bad? ;)

I'm not much of a UI creator, I'll say that. Now I see the light on the render - no problems there.

I wanted to try another design that was similar to the UI from the GT Academy 2013 demo. I'm missing a couple of icons, because I've had issues with finding free vectors and I can't find an icon to represent visual upgrades. I might just show the actual car. Part of me wants to make an icon for "Special Events" that's similar to the one used in GT2.

More of my UI idea. I will try to do the next level down, with the individual championships in each category soon. Credit to @ScotteDawg , @Mattpro , Simone Tanduo and mir685 for the images.

When I saw the Astra and GT86 in the same image, it was almost as if the collective cynicism believe PD will continue touring and other race specs with different generation cars and rule sets in set races.

As for your design it reminds me a bit of GT5 UI special events, just less clutter with the words. I mean it's not bad, it's just no something really new are interesting like I found your other posts to be. Those were great and encapsulated the feel of a modern racing/driving game with old school GT as well without trying too hard.

Heh, I just liked the composition of that touring car shot, obviously with so little GTS footage there isn't much source material out there for the UI screens. The concept of this one matched the same as the opening one, I couldn't really think of a better way to present it. Thanks for the feedback though, I'll bear it in mind for future screens.

Nah that portion was a joke about the touring car shot. Other than that yeah like I said it didn't seem as interesting or fluid in thought I guess, as the previous ones. Everything else is great.

I've tried to make some loading screens in powerpoint. No doubt we'll be spending a long time in them!
So, what do you think? i've tried to go for simple and modern.

Good job! Just try to keep the grammar and sentence structure clean too. There's a tiny contrast issue on the first two images, but that's the only issue.
