@Obelisk says two of those are very hard to read because of the headlights. There is also the same issue that older GT games had, it looks like a UI designed for a mouse or touch input but you've only got a controller. That generally leads to unexpected and frustrating movements of the cursor trying to get to the one you want. For example if you're on Licenses and press right, do you land on options or course maker?
Try to keep everything on a square grid, would be my advice with clear L/R/U/D movements, no diagonals.
