Gran Turismo 7 Bug Reports

GT7 crashed after I completed the IB licences. Now it is unplayable, crashes if I go to licences or missions or at the end of any race.
Guess I'll try deleting and reinstalling. Hoping my game save isn't nerfed and have to start from scratch!
Anyone else had this issue?

The biggest problem is that you can't even be start it all over again a new game, because the rescues are on the Polyphony server and even if you gate the rescues from the PS4 automatically loads the rescues from their server

Did missions, upgraded the nissan r32, did the race and all my credits are gone, tried another race got 14k for it but my credits stay on 0, deleted the game and re installed, didnt help...

Oh man, that sucks.
Hopefully with a patch/update, this is fixed and restored.

Yes, many people; there's nothing you can do about it either. Just sit and wait and hope PD fixes your save file, eventually.

I don't know if anyone here is having this issue as I am with the PS5 version of GT7.

But what I happening for me is my used car dealership & legend car dealership is not showing any cars. It's just a blank page.

Furthermore my Brand central is showing all the cars as sold out. So I can't buy a car or anything.

My liverys / showcase area are also left blank and they have simply disappeared.

Anyone else having this issue as well? Or is there anything I can do to fix this? Any help is appreciated.

What a bizarre glitch! I didn't even know Brand Central cars could "sell out". In the last two or three pages here this has been the first actually new bug posted here. Did reinstalling the game change anything?

Anyone's gear ratio setting not saving on PS5? like none of mine save except the last one if i go race, change area, or even just change saved tuning profile as shown here...

Same here but on PS4 Pro - try to set my ratios to match my IRL Integra, and it keeps automatically changing some gears to other values (especially 1st gear). I can mitigate it a bit by fiddling with the 'Top Speed (auto. adjust.)' value, but it's all so tiresome.

IKR, I spent ages messing with them and doing calculations I found on the net to find out I just wasted my time. I can't believe devs never noticed this at release, or many other players either, I think most just don't notice it never saved right, coz tbh I never at first

Not sure if this is a bug but I noticed something this morning playing,

-So if you’re going to sport mode and you decide to do a quality time trial practice it Does not give you kilometers to your daily workout.

-If you’re in an online lobby and practicing without doing the race it also does not give you Daily workout kilometers

I find it quite stupid because you’re still on track and putting mileage on the car

This is a typo, and cosmetic and does not affect gameplay..

I'm guessing someone forgot a few zeros.

Tried race c just now on ps4. Game crashed at the end of the warmup period. First race black screen, second race a crash. I wonder what will happen on the third race.

I have a problem where I can't join a Daily Race on Sport Mode. It's loading up the track and everyone except me stalls on the grid not moving at all. NAT type 2 wifi or cable same problem. PS5 and PS4 same thing

General rule of P2P - if everyone else looks like they're glitching out, lagging, or whatever, it's your connection that's the issue.

Wire it into the router, static IP, independent DNS, console IP/MAC into the router DMZ. After that, if everyone except you is going nuts it's probably either a line fault somewhere or your ISP throttling P2P connections.

It did this for me but only between starting menu 39, and finishing it. I think it's deliberate to amp you up for the championship but it meant I was going mad trying to do anything else in the meantime.

I'm stuck on menu 25. Every time I complete the 3rd race of the European Championship the game errors, when I log back in it has saved my progress up to the 3rd race but errors again when I complete the race. I have tried this 5 times now, even quit the championship and used a different car but still the same error.
On PS5. Currently reinstalling to see if that helps.

Additionally my set up sheets on the S13 don't save correctly, which coincidentally is the same car that the weight reductions did not equip on before the last update.

And also it would be nice if the gearbox setup was in mph since my speedo is in mph.

Well the reinstall didn't work. Still errors on completing the 3rd race of the European Championship.

Complete waste of my time, especially since my PS5 refuses to download in rest mode despite my settings telling it to, but that's a complaint for another forum.

OMG, I hated that track. I thought it's a bug but it's a feature to bother you.

Every livery I’ve created has lost the decals when I edit it!
The thumbnails in the livery selection screen are correct, but when loaded it’s got nothing apart from any paint changes.
I really hope they’re not gone forever as that is a crazy amount of hours work lost 😭

I cant play the game ..
Where I can send a message about my issue?
Since the update i can buy any car or receive it as gift from roulette or the missions.
When i push the button to buy a car or when i receive as gift the game crashes i try it over 100 times..
i try also reinstall the game (ps5)
But nothing..
Also because i win a car when i gold moby dick missions now I can't even go to mission menu everytime the same. The game crashes.
Where i can find help ? Because i buy 100€ for a game and i cant play it!
Please help.

I don't know if this is intended or not, but Vangelis' "Chariots of Fire" was playing on repeat in the menus once I got the menu book for the GT World Championship (the first Gr.3 championship). It was literally the only song that played in the main menu. Not that it's a bad song or anything, it's just a bit much.

This is the first time in any Gran Turismo game I've had to turn the menu music completely off.

edit: Apparently this was intended. I don't think it's had the desired effect, though.
