One of the new Supras gets the LFA engine, technically a downgrade in power.Wait...is the Drift brz the only car that gets a lower power output from a swap with the Gr2 NSX engine compared to the stock engine? Such a thing existing makes me hopeful for future swaps possibly having lower power output than base engines but still giving options
Even if that never happens, de-LS'ing the drift brz feels cathartic as that dumb turbo V8 has ruined many a car in GT7 in my eyes
C7 Gr.3 engine swap for C8 would be awesome for longer racesI wonder if PD will look at the C8 ZR1 and add the BRZ LS swap as an option for the C8 Vette
I mean not after tuning but the base engine, and if anything the LFA engine is an upgrade anywayOne of the new Supras gets the LFA engine, technically a downgrade in power.
Is there anyway to know which cars on my garage have a swapped engine? Same as the wide bodied cars.
Sadly not, without opening the tuning sheet. I myself started marking swapped cars as favorites because I have no other use for that feature. Is there anyway to know which cars on my garage have a swapped engine? Same as the wide bodied cars.
Look the hp. Swapped cars tend to have much more hpIs there anyway to know which cars on my garage have a swapped engine? Same as the wide bodied cars.
I have marked all my engine swapped cars as a FAVOURITE and you will see a gold star in the box denoting such in garage view.Is there anyway to know which cars on my garage have a swapped engine? Same as the wide bodied cars.

I don't currently have a Porsche 356 A/1500 GS GT Carrera Speedster '56 so someone else will need to check this one.
Too bad the Gordini, as a few other "tuned" cars, is usable in hardly any event as those require road cars. I'd love to use it more.Oooh the Gordini with the SR20 sounds fun.
Yes, all of these engines have been swapped into other cars before. So there's nine new cars but no new engine to be swapped ? Is that correct ?
Nevermind.Nevermind.
Wow! That will be a demonic car once fully tuned! Now I'm glad I have a few of them...The Porsche 356 gets the 959.50-959 engine (!)
I've already build an '04 Impreza with the Porsche engine swap and it's surprisingly good so far at 600pp. Haven't tried it at 700pp yet but will soon. The only new swap that looks at all appealing to me is the B18 swap for the new EF Civic. The rest sound like massive overkill to me.
So, the new swaps basically are:・Alpine A110 1600S '72 - SR20DET-Silvia-S15

Oooh the Gordini with the SR20 sounds fun.
Surely it cannot be any worse than the last collaboration between Renault and Nissan?!Too bad the Gordini, as a few other "tuned" cars, is usable in hardly any event as those require road cars. I'd love to use it more.

@MIE1992 That should be a fun swap. With the regular engine, I got a fully modded A110 up to about 190mph / 305kph on the Nordeshielf straightaway without a draft. But the A110 '72 always needed a good tune to calm down its oversteer. Also, it doesn't get any front downforce.First I was thinking of putting the one S15 engine that I have laying around into a spare Fairlady Z 432 at some point, but now I’m not as sure. Putting it into the Alpine A110 ‘72 sounds especially interesting, or perhaps a Renault 5 Turbo.
