I just realized that I'll be experiencing for the first time ever a GT launch with gtPlanet, I was 2 months late for GTS lol

If it's running at 60fps, it doesn't bode well for the PS5 version, in my opinion

Horizon Forbidden West runs beautifully on PS5 at 1800p and 60fps with dynamic resolution scaling while the PS4 version runs at 1080p at 30fps. GT7 is going for native 4k at 60fp
Hopefully Kazunori and his team won't increase the resolution of the game for the foreseeable future. 4k is fine, they just need to increase the quality and frames per second.

Seems we used to get reviews of games much earlier, but one day before release:grumpy:. Seems to remind me of what a politician said one time that you have to pass the bill first before you could see whats in it.

So is anyone expecting any surprises? A feature we haven't been shown yet, maybe?
Probably a lot of unknowns,

-Not being a traditional career mode, will we be able to see a overall of events that we can look forward to, or are we going to be only presented when they show up.

-How exactly will custom weather be implemented, will we be able to script the weather or will there only be sliders like GT5/GT6.

-Picking custom AI in custom race mode will we be able to select only generic cars or will we be able to pick from our home garage

and lot more questions

At this point we've only seen packaged presentations, no actual live game play of people navigating through the menus, playing the game

Nothing in particular. But I'm kindly waiting on how the intro will be . Perhaps a new Daiki Kasho song?!?!? Lol
Not really. I´m hoping we´ll get some positive news regarding the current state of the AI, but I know I´m setting myslef up for disappointment. Other than that hoping for mayyyyybe something VR related hidden in the menus.

As far as metacritic scores go i'm expecting low 80s.Specifically 81.
Online only, few new content compared to GTS,Forza Horizon being a big deal, and PD's trademark chill presentation might be badly received by some critics.
But,it is a content rich GT,with gameplay that feels good to casual players and a potentually interesting campaign structure.

I can read any major site review:

-Not enough confetti, explosions and influencers annoying you thru the radio
- Racing corridor, why my unmodified fiat 500 doesn't reach 200 km/h??

1/10 🤣🤣

I have some expectations for GT7:

-1) Obviously, any credits built up from GT Sport won't transfer, like your DR/SR.
-2) I'm gonna have to do my liveries all over again. Not that I mind. I feel like the differences between livery editors will be too much of a headache to "tweak" the previous designs. I'd prefer to start with a blank canvas.
-3) I'm bolstering my collection of personal decals. You can't rely on others to re-share one that you d/l for GT Sport to be available on day 1 of GT7.
-4) An empty garage to start with. Going back to point 1, if I start GT7 with 12M credits, I'm going on a shopping spree.
