@NanoSaibou If you can, please show us some Gr.3 gameplay. I'm curious to see if there are any sound improvements on these cars.

Official release date is X. They have all the right to take down all the content posted prior to that date, as other companies usually do. Usually the stores that sell early are the small family stores that are hard to control.. and when they are caught they get their fine or whatever they do. Obviously this is Amazon, they won't go public about anything that happens.. but yeah they screwed up the date. That’s why I said even if it’s included in the mambo jambo. How is screening a game a copyright violation? It’s a video game, not a movie. People buy it to play it, not to watch it.
If it’s not allowed to show the game now it shouldn’t be allowed to show it after the “official” release date. As far as I’m concerned, the game has been released. Maybe early then Sony wanted, but the game was released as soon as someone got his copy legitimatel
When some of those cars have been out for years, and in other games, with car lists like GT, for years, you think another 2 to 5 year long wait is just fine? Well, to each their own, but I believe I speak for most when I say: "We've been exemplary in our patience."
Agreed, but as others have pointed out, how is gameplay a copyright violation? If I upload gameplay, it might be their game but it is my gameplay. And the spoiler argument doesn't work either, since this is a simple racing game, not a narrative driven experience, where the twists of the story matter to player experience. You will drive cars on racetracks, there you have all the spoilers.
Somehow, I don't think they're sticking to clips with copyrighted music, and that's the issue. Amazon messed up and sent people their copies too early. If Sony has someone to blame here, its them. The end-users bought their copies legitimately and have to right to enjoy them, and yes, upload gameplay. They didn't sign any NDA with Sony, so they're not contractually bound to not show anything. By also taking down gameplay clips, not of their own, with non-copyrighted material, they are abusing the copyright system for damage control purposes.
It could be argued that stuff like prizes for completing license tests are supposed to be a spoiler at this point...Agreed, but as others have pointed out, how is gameplay a copyright violation? "embargo-breaking content" from early buyers
Them YouTube videos are getting taken down really quickHow come no one posts no more screenshots and vids?
The issue is that since Sony copystriking footage from those who got the game early on YT and Twitch at their discretion, they (more accurately, an user who modmailed the /r/GT moderators - hence the ruling) were worried that they might go after them as well.Does not compute. Unless Amazon forced the people they've already delivered to to sign NDA's?
Code is separate from the bonuses. Just know that the ps4 voucher code can't be upgraded to the ps5 version at any time.I have preordered the 25th anniversary edition, can I give my brother the code for the PS4 version of the game? Is this code linked to the other bonuses of the anniversary edition?
Do they though? Typically, in order to force someone not to say/reveal something, an NDA is signed between the parties involved. You cannot enforce a non-disclosure policy against someone who didn't agree with it in the first place. It's called a non-disclosure agreement for a reason, if I don't agree to it, I may disclose.Official release date is X. They have all the right to take down all the content posted prior to that date
That's a shaky argument because it still represents too small of a percentage of the game's experience, to make a difference on whether someone purchases it or not. Also, if revealing prizes is considered spoiling, then can game guides (even post-launch) be a copyright issue? After all, they do tell where, and how, you get the rewards, kind of spoils it, I guess. It could be argued that stuff like prizes for completing license tests are supposed to be a spoiler at this point...
Timed exclusive cars is the most trashy and pointless thing.Completely agree with your point about critical brands being missing and a lot of cars being outdated, though there could be a good chance we don’t have the AMG One as FH5 may have timed exclusivity with the model? IIRC Forza had timed exclusivity agreements with a few of their cover cars, like the GT2 RS and the Senna
Not really. but it is an option.Genuine question: is this how selling a used car is done in Croatia (mainland Europe)? Dealers are effectively agents? Taking a commission?
Here, the dealer makes you an offer and you sell it to him (or her) and he sells it on at profit. So the normal GT sales method is ‘realistic’ as far as I ever experience it with second-hand car sales. Prob an exception for very high-end cars tbh, I’m talking 250 GTO-level, but I’ve never been fortunate enough to own such a beast so really wouldn’t know.
I think tire width is changed automatically when bodykit is addedI don't recall seeing any detail about tire width selection except that one photo of the drifting supra but this right here i think is a good reason to believe that's the caseView attachment 1118048
"Legitimately." True, it's not their fault that Amazon can't keep it in their warehouse, but...it's still early. That’s some ******** on Sony behalf. People got the game legitimately. They should be allowed to do whatever they want with it. Even if it’s include in that mambo jambo no one reads. That’s freedom of speech violation right there.
I love Sony, but **** them from behaving like that.

When a game-studio / publisher tries to censor gameplay-videos, thats always a bad sign for the quality of the game.
Seems they are afraid of something.
Hope GT7 will not be in a row with Cyberpunk, Battlefield 2042 and GTA Remaster

From what i have seen now, to me its like GT Sport 2.0
Just more content and dynamic weather, but visuals are mostly the same. Maybe because of PS4 limitation.
