Oh dear. GT7 for second half of 2021 at best then, but probably 2022.

You're saying that as if it was a bad thing

With the digital edition costing 399, I expect the PS4 Pro to drop in price, so I might be getting that in the meantime GT7 drops

Looks like Holiday 2021 release (if we are lucky), which has been the release window for every GT game except GT3. The good news is, seems like GT7 is going to be a large game content wise (which I'm super happy about.) Glad I didn't get myself over hyped about that showcase like others did.

Well well..... since they did not mention GT7 today I think we can now be sure it won´t be a launch title.

Sony knows this is a system seller (also for me) so they would have shown us if its ready.

So lets hope for 2021 now.
Polyphony won´t tell us (their PR is the worst I have ever seen).

The weird thing is, they did the same with Rachet & Clank. Also a major selling point regarding the PS5, but it's the same situation we're having with GT7: one trailer and nothing more.

But GT has never been a launch title. Don't know why anyone truly expected that to change.

You can thank Polyphony for that. They release games at a snail's pace and whenever they feel like it, not on anyone else's schedule. If they had committed it to being a launch title you can be sure Sony would have had another Halo situation on their hands.
