Is it me or do you hear hot exhaust making popping sounds as it cools after the race?

Yeah, noticed that in the first twitch stream. Too cool…. err, not! , but cool…

Not happy about the Gr.4 Supra interior. Still going to be the first car I buy in Brand Central.

All those JDM custom cars and no N2 AE86. C’mon, PD…

Don't know, but he's running with souped-up cars in every race, so has an "unfair" advantage.

The problem I'm seeing with this type of career mode, is there appears to be no replay-ability of previous events, if there was a event that you liked or wanted to do better on another attempt you can't.

My guess is somewhere down the line after completing all manufacture events, there will maybe some endurance races or championship races.

Kinda feels like a event generator where you don't know comes next.

I'm sure the relationship they have with Spoon Sports will net us a lot of cool Hondas in the future. There's just a lot of catching up to do.

That's probably what the Trophies menu in the Cafe is for. I think we'll get the full list of events there.

Watching the streamer play GT7, after he completes one event it moves onto the next menu book & so on, there is no overall view of the events like a typical career mode.

When he goes back into world circuits the events are still there, they even show a record completion position like 1st or 3rd.

You know? Funny cars that I never knew existed and got me interested in learning and finding out more about them. Tommy Kaira's not even in the manufacturer list

Porsches/Ferraris are other exotics are cool but that's not what made me fall in love with GT. What made me love GT was the fact that I could take everyday cars and hoon them. The underdogs of the car world.

Kaz says he wants players to "get" into cars/car culture but the car list is kinda like every other racing game on the market.

Finally after 2 days he went into the Arcade Race menu.

It was only very-quick, but I saw that endurance was selectable under "Race Type" (I think that's what it was). Nevertheless, you can select endurance there.

So, whether or not it was locked previously, none of us will know 'cause he's avoided going there. Yesterday he even said there was no Arcade mode.

Easy solution, just beat it first time. 😄

Now the forced wait is about the camera panning into each of the grid (the opponent will start after the camera highlights said opponent's car).

Hope there'd be reverse 1 lap magic in the future (drive the oldest, slowest car, win before newer, faster cars catch up - no forced waits).
