So I'm not sure if this has been covered or not but I think it would be great if PD would keep track of your best lap times per track layout no matter what part of the game they come from. I feel like back in the early days of the game it did that, but on GTS it only kept track of lap times in arcade mode. I think it would be really great to know what cars had the best lap times during races even though there are several mitigating factors. Also I think it would be a great tool to keep up with your own personal progression.

I don’t think we’ve seen anyone lower the trucks yet. Of, course, I doubt they’d go any lower than what we did in GT Sport. Still, wide tyres, offset and slicks might work.

I get your point on that side but it is quite implied don't you think ? I just say this in regard to the Avatar itself in term of auto-idealization for the player to be represented with suit better their view of one self
It can be done if we keep full tracksuit and helmet

Not even generic. Make stock cars set to NASCAR rules but out of Japanese sedans like the Crown, Skyline, and Legend.
Could even give us a few vintage ones based on older rulesets - lemme see a PD version of an R32 Skyline as an American stock car circa 1990.

If people are learning anything from these pre-release streams, it should be that us car fans, that may have been playing GT for two and a half decades, on GTP are not representative of the general GT buyer.

To be honest, I'm not sure if implementing NASCAR again would be a good idea, even if we can assign custom championship races. I feel like the racing would be limited on the count there's only 3 oval tracks in GT7. Yes, there were road courses, but I don't see any of those, even the Daytona roval NASCAR layout in GT7.
