That reads as B-Spec to me.
The actual B-Spec part is said after that:
“Sophy will probably appear in front of the player in three forms,” Yamauchi-san explained. “As a teacher that will teach driving to players, a student that will learn sportsmanship from players, and as a friend to race with. I wouldn’t rule out the possibility of a B-Spec mode, where the player is the race director and Sophy is the driver.”
at least it’s gonna be “balanced” 😅

That's it, I'm out. I'm gonna repair my Xbox one and re-play FM7 online. At least I'll have fun again.
GT7 experience has been painful until now and this payout thing is just a joke.
Glad I didn't buy a PS5 for it. I just wasted money for the anniversary edition, poop happens.

I’m without internet after moving house so I’m just here catching up on what’s new when this advert popped up. Anyone know if this is the Scapes location and if this ad has any links to GT?

The best update for now, will be when they make simple things in lobby... Like, Save/Load track configuration, Enable Qualify before races... This is a lame and so sad... How in the hell, they do a lobby without these things.

I think the best thing they could do at this point is scrap Micro transaction altogether, bring back log in bonus and seasonal events, and implement paid DLC. Instead of having free cars, tracks, events etc. like in GTsport every month or so, users have to pay to access them. So in a way they're still able to earn revenues from their investment. Let's be frank here, videogame is a business and they're a profit making organization, they're not doing this out of good heart, they're also want to make money. A paid DLC as an alternative to MTX is fair, I think.

Does anyone by any chance have an excel list of all the cars in GT7 with their price (for the one we know at least ?)
Not an Excel sheet, but there's this

Things are getting out of hand, hell! Everything in this game is really too expensive and we have no other way to maximize profits than to play non-stop morning and evening saying goodbye to our social life... As if that were not enough PDI chooses to decrease what little optimal profit we could get from Fisherman's Ranch and High Speed-Ring.

...

UCD also makes no sense to me, I just spent 100.000 Cr. for a 1999 Honda S2000, not to mention the crazy prices of the Skylines. I don't even comment on the prices of the Tunig Shop, I can understand that it is very similar to what Gran Turismo 4 was in this respect, but at the time we had an industrial quantity of Toyota RSC Rally Raid Car to sell. In Gran Turismo 7 your wallet is emptier than it already is in real life.
Yeah I felt a bit dumb after buying the S2000 tbh, they shouldn't have based the UCD prices from real world price. But I thought we'll get the Skylines from Cafe races?

Just actually learn from competition even from Forza to throw you cars left and right. Who cares we want to drive cars we never own irl. If the car throwing feels too much just sell it.

Totally disagree.

I'd rather have free tracks, cars and events, we can all enjoy new content.

Micro transactions are optional. The problem with people today is that they want to have everything right away. They don't even enjoy the game. They'd rather waste their time on forums and cry.

For me, I know that to get some cars, it will take me weeks, months.... But it's rewarding. I know that, there will be new races offline and online via updates. I will enjoy it and make money.

No one forces you to buy micro transactions. Just play. Enjoy. A game has no deadline. Gran Turismo has always been made to last for months, years.

Yes it is. You can get Skylines from a Menu Book, the point is that if one day I wanted to buy a new one to keep it fully stock I would have to shell out 276.000 Cr. (UCD) or 400.000 Cr. (Brand Central), almost the price of a Gr.4 car. I refer to R34, of course.
I love stock cars! I don't mean Nascar. :D How do you remove weight upgrades? So many stuff is irreversible so I need much more cars. :(

Microtransaction will be fine if the races payout arent too low. Im firmly in the camp of "whalers subsidizing the cost of these free dlc using microtransaction is better than the other option" but the game economy is now way too stingy.
