Still waiting for the BMW McLaren GTR 95. I assume it´ll show up at the Legendary Cars dealer?
Has it been on sale yet? Havn´t been paying attention in the first weeks.

It has yet to appear in the Legends dealer for purchase. But Hagerty members were gifted the car at the end of March, so they’re the only ones who own it so far.

A platform's reputation should not have to do with how one, an individual, acts on it.

Especially if you're an esports star who appears in various events and gets to work with the creator of a popular 25-year-old franchise. Like, imagine you're someone who looks up to the esport star (and I'm not saying I look up to him, btw) and then all of a sudden, he blocks you out of nowhere without any clear explanation. It's really poor form for someone like that, IMO. Even worse if (and that's an if) you're suddenly breaking NDAs at that.
They're allowed to block anyone who they want just like you're allowed to block anyone you want and no one has to give an explanation either way. Poor form to think they do.

It is one of only three cars we've not seen in the LCD rotation of cars since February 23rd. The other two are the Willys Jeep and the Porsche 962C. So not long until all three are available and then we're done with one full rotation of Legendary Cars.

The 97 is the BMW one BTW, not the 95.

A minor annoyance of mine is that when you change the reflectivity of the decals in the editor it affects every single decal on the car rather than just the current layer you're dealing with. Being able to have some decals be matte while others are gloss would be really nice.

That and a lack of "chrome" decal reflectivity and the inability to group layers.

Changing the background from outdoor to white/black doesn't work anymore? I have to save, exit and go back. Was it like this before the update? I recall being able to change it in real time.
It did work at launch, but was not possible after the first update.
The new update didn't change that. I liked to use that feature as well (in real-time).

Now that we have our first post-launch cars, I had a question on colors. Do the colors of a post-launch car - such as the Suzuki Cappuccino - appear in the available paints you can buy? I do hope so, as if the Nissan GT-R Spec V is added, I'd love to make use of its exclusive color, Ultimate Opal Black.

Having different reflectivity levels, and I suppose 'chrome' decals, is likely a resource issue for the game. It seems likely that the decals are projected on a 'shell' over the car, effectively a second transparent mesh, and the setting just changes the rendering effect for that shell. Since a decal doesn't affect the mesh, they'd probably need to have a different shell for each type of rendering you want. Effectively having 4 different finishes on the car could mean having 5 lots of meshes... that might be too much. I also think it could have something to do with why cars loose their original stripes or finishes etc. when they're painted, and possibly why the Carbon options are limited.

My suspicion is also that grouping decals is just simply a bit of nightmare to code owing to the 'align to surface' method of projection probably giving lots of unintended effects.

Don't get me wrong, I'd like both options too, but I believe it would represent a fairly fundamental change to how the livery editor works.

Use the preview option all the way to the left. Triangle --> change background

It's a plausible suspicion & we see the unintended effects resizing just one decal, never mind umpteen of them.

One thing they should absolutely be able to code with ease is grouping to allow quick colour changes over multiple decals. This I have wanted since Sport & would improve my productivity time exponentially.

Yeah, I can't imagine that would be too hard. Having it default to the last logo you selected from the selection screens would save me a heap of time at the moment. Recreating a livery with 400 missing decals and 1800 decals uploaded be all like > add decal > my items > R1 > R1 > R1 > R1 > R1 > R1 > R1 > R1 > R1 > R1 > R1 > R1 > R1 > R1 > R1 > R1 > R1 > R1 > right > right > down > down > down > down > down > down > down > down > down etc. etc. FOUR HUNDRED TIMES.

And it's just as equally poor form to leave people confused and in the dark without an explanation. =/

And special colors for decals...
