May be late but I think I’ve finally figured out what the car on the bottom left is. If you look closely at the rear arches and the way how the interior is shaped to the back, it looks a lot like a late model Ferrari California. View attachment 1152564

There was a Ferrari California in Gran Turismo 6. It was the Ferrari California '08 which was this car:

I think the mysterious converible is the Ferrari California '08 from Gran Turismo 5 Prologue (Update), Gran Turismo 5, & Gran Turismo 6. If it does come, it will be Brand Central along with the other two.

It is definitely not a Ferrari California, behind the front fenders and in front of the rear fenders do not match at all,

Plus it looks like a single seater with a cover over the passenger side but the rest dont line up with the sp1 or sp2

It might be a Ferrari VGT but it’s not any options people have said on here so far

So what are the yellow and pink colors on the weather radar for? I've only known it get to dark blue.
EDIT: The manual says they are all levels of percepitation. I've only seen green before in this screenshot they have, but I have no idea how to get it. Anyone know?

You can get it in Time Trial mode at the tracks that have a rain preset for that mode, but the rain is random and you may not get it on your first try, you may have to go out and go back in time trial mode for a patch of rain with that intensity to appear

I've had Pink rain in Autopolis Time Trial mode, the rain is so bad full that Full Wets start to lose grip after a bit, a very fun experience

And the rain itself is so loud I could barely listen to the car I was using

I tried this earlier and got the green, but there was hardly any of it and I gave up waiting for stronger rain :D
Didn't help that it completely avoided the track each time!
Suppose I'll try again another time.

A commendable effort in goalpost moving on your part, but I'm sorry to say you're completely and utterly wrong. The full extent of patch content is not announced by Kaz directly, but by Polyphony Digital in their website and social media, as with... pretty much every other game in the market today.
Think what you like, if you can't trust the word of the producer speaking directly about the game he's working on then that's your problem. @Kaz_Yamauchi is functionally a Polyphony Digital social media account - it's used by a Polyphony employee to convey information about the game to it's customers.

logged into the offline “time trial” to get my 2-star ticket for running 100 practice Race C laps. out of curiosity clicked on the rainy evening option at autopolis.

If you are curious what it’s like to drive in the 4 highest rain levels, under a slow-moving wall with 0 dry breaks…. go ahead and load that one up. I quit and reloaded and sat and wait and it never relents, the track just pushes from 80-100% water the entire time.

They're probably going to add thunder and lightning

Yesterday I set up a 30min endurance race at Tsukuba. It gave me 6 custom weather slots so in slots 3 & 4 I put the bottom rain option (Heavy cloud with torrential rain) and got the green rain very briefly. Only real difference over the dark blue I noticed was the noise!

I’d rather actual lightning strikes! Imagine being in 1st place in a 24hr endurance race in the 23rd hour your car gets struck and you have to retire! 😂
Hopefully you'd be able to still win if you run until the end of the track!

Well never mind, I doubt someone struck by lightning would be in good shape to do that.

To be honest... I feel a little bit of hype before its release. It is just curiosity what the hell car is this third one. xD

With licensing struggles and not enough people to make new cars in time, perhaps it's a Ferazzi Chlamydia. PD going PES Trad Bricks style by tweaking an old GT5P car.

One day before the update I finally kicked myself in the pants and grinded the last 5m credits off of Tokyo to buy the XJ13. The Three Legendary Cars trophy is mine now.

However, I don't think the PP glitch is actually going to be fixed. Not because PD don't want to, surely they will try. It's more that they actually won't be able to. They tried to fix it with the last update and only made it worse, the Tomahawk races through the streets of Tokyo with twice the horsepower now. They have completely overdone it with this PP system. It's way too ambitious for its own good. There are so many little cogs and screws you can mess around with and so much interaction between all these factors to take into account that there'll likely always be a way to confuse the system and trick it into thinking that your Chapparal 2J is actually a Fiat 500. I mean, they could always pull a GT5 and remove certain components (like the gearbox) from the PP calculation formula, or they could just introduce a lower threshold for the Tomahawk where the PP won't go below a certain value, no matter what you do. However I don't think they would do that either. But I could be completely wrong, who knows. Let's wait and see.

I don't think they did try to fix it. I think the physics changes they made just happened to change the precise transmission settings required to break the PP system.
