Has anyone asked this question before:
Sony has been pushing for the release of old games and titles from the past 2 decades on the Playstation Stores, and we can find just about everything from the PS and PS1 era....
.... Why can't we find old GT 1, GT2, GT3 GT4 games ????
Why can't we even play them as is?
oh damn the sponsors and other Licenses right ? that must be it ? why is it so complicated ? can someone here please elaborate ? What stands in the way of getting those licenses ?
why are they people trying to make it difficult?
Buddy, I don't think this is the heads down showdown you for some reason keep expecting out of Sim Racers. Between GT7 and the much more accessible "My First Gran Turismo", PD doesn't need to worry about what is again a PC exclusive title. Odds are, No PC user is leaving their PC Sims for GT so lets stop pretending the Franchise is in some great danger courtesy of a far lesser known PC title.
i think what he meant was the reverse...
with AC Evo coming out, people who have been long time fan of GT, could now graduate and leave GT and go to get a PC... (it wont be a large number either)....
the suggestion is for PD to retain customers via features and function additions.
having said that, i dont think Kaz is even concerned or care about it, even if it was the case.
Kaz just want to do his thing on PS, getting the most amount of players 7-77 to play with GT, whether those players move on to other things, he doesn't care either...
what happens on PC, iRacing or AC.... i dont think Kaz has any ill intent towards those titles.. it's just not the same philosophy.... GT is car racing that is more accessible to a wider audience, with some semblance of simulation, so it tries to avoids being Arcadey like NFS or Forza Horizon....
