I had my first email today saying content I've created has been flagged as inapropriate and deleted. Checked my gallery and as far as I can tell, nothing has been deleted...
I did upload a replay recently with a Marlboro logo on the car's side with the words smoke and Marlboro in the description (a joke in reference to "smoking tyres kills"). However, this video and another livery with the Marlboro logo on it (McLaren MP 4/4) are still there.
Is there a way to find out which content has been reported for moderation?

In GTS, anything removed would be replaced with a warning triangle. Haven't seen that yet in GT7.

Can't agree more. The email warns to adhere to the Playstation ToS but doesn't clarify what exactly violated those. How am I supposed to know what I did wrong? Nonsensically opaque.
Edit: in my case I could imagine it's the smoking thing and I don't mind this being flagged. But still, would be nice to know.

I went back through and had another look. Checked my Marlboro Porsche Taycan and it's still there, full description and everything. So I'm not sure that's what's been flagged.
Also had another look to see if any titles had been removed: nothing.
I'm assuming someone has chosen to report some of our liveries to remove competition in the highly rewarding social circles of GT7 and Sony has to honour their obligation by following it up with a warning without actually even investigating whether or not anything breaches the ToS.

So I've gone through and worked out that one of my liveries has been deleted - Red Bull Mugen Honda NSX GT '16. It's something I brought through from GT Sport. No idea how it classes as "offensive" or a breach of the ToS, but there we go.

Snap. I went back after you posted and all my Red Bull Mugen Honda GT NSX GT '16 liveries have been deleted.
the original replica of Sean Bull's Red Bull Honda and all the variants I made have been deleted.
Also imported from GT Sport.
They were probably the best replicas I've made because they were wrap over chrome and took hours.

I wonder what's going on with the Red Bull liveries? In my case it was a replica of a concept by Taylan Gerem (but made for an F1 car originally, so not a direct replica).

I wonder if someone has some Red Bull Mugen NSX livery they want to be top-rated so they've gone and reported a load of competition. I'm really not sure how else to explain this livery breaching the ToS...
EDIT: Just checked Showcase and there's plenty of "Red Bull Mugen NSX" liveries, so it's not a "Red Bull Mugen" combination that breaches ToS.

I would raise the same question about free advertising. Maybe DeWalt has history with PD over their IP and doesn't want to see it being used unlicensed. Some brands treat protecting their brand differently than others.

Reasoning aside, it is a factor, DeWalt are known for having a problem with it in GT.
They may be obligated to protect the value of a license granted to someone else for the use of the logo. If I recall correctly, it is protected under a class which covers use in software. They may of course, just be being dicks about it.

I had two cars with DeWalt liveries in GT Sport...since those got censored as well, I substituted all DeWalt decals with Skil or Makita decals...seems that their market opponents don't mind that kind of free advertising...Reasoning aside, it is a factor, DeWalt are known for having a problem with it in GT.
