Gran turismo 7 master license A-2

Hello,i am playing gt7 now the master license got all bronze,the first one all gold and now doing the second master license
A-2 i spend days but cant get gold,and now the time has changed from 25,560 to 25,460 and my time is 25,497 so what to do???
Also the settings for the controller,one says tc off abs weak and steering sensitivity to 5???
Another person says something different so i am confused!
There is a license test and the time is lets say 25,580 for gold and my time is 25,590 grrrrrr so stupid,and now i dont come even close
to silver,so what is going on???HELP thx guys and gals

The game's physics have changed, which means the times have been adjusted accordingly.
