If only the AI were subject to this, but no, you must suffer for the sin of grinding Tokyo Expressway.A small discourage to dirty driving, no pushing without penatly (in form of vehicle damage)
I disagree. Yes, you do have good grip for almost the whole tyre life, but they also wear faster. I did the Spa 1hr, and tyres were gone before fuel was. I could have done 2 stints with 1 set of tyres before the update. As you noted yourself, the grip isn't affected as the tyres aren't actually wearing more or faster. The visual indicator has just changed to be more representative.
The AI will also be affected by the changed tyre wear, so if some AI car e.g. uses softs, they might suffer badly now. What I have forgotten to note:
- the AI is driving differently as before, bit I have no idea, if it is strategy or something else. Usually the Viper becomes 2nd or 3rd after me - now the Viper was never better then 5th, while the NSX was always 2nd after me.

Exactly, i just bought it twiceNot sure if this counts so apologies if not, but the De Tomaso Mangusta (Christian Dior) doesn't appear to have the Blue Book icon to show if you own it or not in Hagertys, even once you purchase it. Also don't really understand why all the release blurb doesn't list this vehicle with the other 3 new cars.
Have you read the update notes? It says they did exactly that...This might just be a placebo effect but i dont know if they messed with the physics maybe?
All changes are undocumented if you don't read themHave you read the update notes? It says they did exactly that...
Not true. Any kerb, any speed, nothingIs it true that cars can take suspension damage from going over a kerb too hard?
You try the sausage kerbsNot true. Any kerb, any speed, nothing
Definitely. If I 'use' an AI to round a corner slightly, I get the damage show up on the car grid. Big time tooIs it me or does it seem like the cars take damage easier now?
I've never seen AI in Le Mans suffering so much because lack of grip, so I guess there must be a change there. I also feel less grip in hards. As you noted yourself, the grip isn't affected as the tyres aren't actually wearing more or faster. The visual indicator has just changed to be more representative.
I came here to post this. Here are the results of my top speed tests of the 918 Spyder on Daytona Tri-Oval in the previous build:The 918's hybrid system has been fixed and it now works properly. But the final drive is still stupidly long compared to the real thing.
Version 1.19Porsche 918 Spyder
Electric motors charged: 338 km/h
Electric motors empty: 338 km/h
Mate, I wrote, "any" kerb. Of course i was try sausage. All on Toyota 050.You try the sausage kerbs
The color changes are here to stay it seems. We'll see if that is a one-time fix or a more-permanent one. The mileages, and thus prices, haven't changed. The entire UCD system has been bugged since 5/30.

no issues here on PS4For PS4 and PS4 Pro users, do you guys experience some kind of unstable connections after the update ? I don't know if it's actually my Wifi or not but it seems to do just fine on other stuff except for the game.
You're basically agreeing with what I said - tyre life is shorter, but while there's any tread on them, you have better grip. For my experience no. Didn't try Spa, but at Tokyo Expressway, with the AM DP-100, the last couple laps used to be all tricky with tire wear. First try after the update, were my two fastest laps in the race, even if the infographic shown a lot mor red. As the notes, just the water scale changed.
There were some physics model changes on MR cars, maybe your increased tire wear was about that
No, totally disagree with you. You're basically agreeing with what I said - tyre life is shorter, but while there's any tread on them, you have better grip.
