I can confirm the issue with adding race transmission to the Ford GT Race car '18 has been resolved.

This issue was, after adding the Fully Customizable Race transmission, when switching from Normal, the performance points would drop to +/-275, the car would stay in first gear when entering a race.

Here's an idea for the entitled cry babies who don't understand commerce.

Go spend millions of dollars and hundreds of thousands of man hours and several years developing a AAA racing title.

Then give it to us for nothing!
We literally paid 70 dollars for this. What part about this is us asking for free content?

As a matter of fact, I don't see ANYONE asking for all the cars right now, just a bump in payouts.

What a completely idiotic comment, we paid good money for the game, and to take nearly 8 years to produce it and then come out with this is ridiculous

It's not, but continue using snarky remarks that fail to hide your inability to understand the issues at hand.

Ol' man.
Very easy to look at my post history. I understand the issues at hand and have reiterated that numerous times.

The incessant complaining and threatening and demanding is fatiguing.

We got the game we paid for and if people don't like the reduction in credit payouts then they can stop playing the game or they can buy credits.

I'm hoping that nobody buys credits because it is the only way to resolve the real issue.

If you know a better way, enlighten us all. My quality of life sooooo depends on your opinions. Lol

People have spent £60-£100 for this game. Them pushing people to buy microtransactions to get content they've already bought is disgusting & make no mistake that IS what they're doing.

This is no different to the Battlefront 2 situation & PD/Sony should not be allowed to get away with this.

Whoa, slow down there, Skippy. No need for words like that. I've been responding to idiotic comments over the last few days without ever calling somebody out as having idiotic comments.

Surely, you can make a point without being insulting, no?

You sure? Because you seem to ignore or wave off any response.
The incessant complaining and threatening and demanding is fatiguing.
Because this posting style of defense hasn't grown stale, either.

Well done speaking for everyone.

Perhaps you missed the crucial bit of information where people (including reviewers) didn't realize MXTs were in the game until Sony flipped them on post-release, and suddenly, the overly grindy in-game economy started to make some sense.
If you know a better way, enlighten us all. My quality of life sooooo depends on your opinions. Lol
I already have in other threads. But, your attitude isn't worth the time with your desire to tout your age as some sort of end-all by the way you talk down to others.

The incessant defense of PD, attacking other players, and bemoaning valid complaints is fatiguing.

If people don't like the feedback given in public spaces/forums then they can stop watching the forums or they can contribute to something else.

Insult the playerbase calling them entitled crybabies, but can't take it when it's being served right back to them. Priceless lol.

You are 100% correct which is why none of us should buy credits. That's all I've been saying.

We can't go back in time and NOT purchase the game.

We can't get a refund.

We can only refuse to give them any more money.

Yet referring to people voicing valid concerns as "entitled cry babies" is perfectly fine. I'm getting the vibe that as long as the diatribe is coming from your direction it's ok, but when it's directed at you it's not. This = a discussion forum, pepole are discussing, deal with it.

This is partially a good point but when I said entitled cry babies I did not call out any user by name. It was a generalization.

If somebody was offended by that, that's on them and perhaps they fit that description. I have no intention of insulting any individual because my life is good and I don't get (because I don't need) any satisfaction from winning battles on internet forums.

There is only so much anyone can do at this point, and that is to not buy credits.

It's been a couple years since any topic has worked me up so much, so apologies to anyone who feels attacked or offended.

I liek how everyone is backpedaling now because they realize that no game since eth elaunch of the ps3/Xbox 360 has ever been a complete game. Get off your high horses.

A bit dissapointing that some races pay less now, but its not as much as i thought it would be, more races needs to be added and championchips, i will still play and enjoy the game

I was going to send you a private message to apologize for using the terms "Sport" and "Skippy" when referring to you, but since I used them publicly I want to apologize for them publicly.

When I reread my posts I didn't like the way using those nicknames felt. They were condescending and although I don't think I was trying to be condescending, subconsciously maybe I was.

Sorry for that.

Tensions run hot, esp. with the game in its current state, it happens. I apologize for snapping at you as well.

If anything, we see completely eye-to-eye on refusing to spend any money on MXTs.

Its all good buddy I didn't find it insulting at all, and I apologize for saying you comment was idiotic 😁😁

What do you think backpedaling means? Cause that's not what's happening.

No, please... Don't make the mistakes that I made.

We need to all be pulling on the same side of the rope because arguing with each other is pointless and I feel terrible for getting involved in it over the past couple days

Everybody wants the same thing, a fun, playable, fair game. We just have different perspectives and that's okay.

My wife reminded me of something that we tell our kids all the time:

"Not every thought has to be expressed". I was guilty of violating that, trying to put things in perspective and trying to calm people from being upset when they had every right to be.

I want PEACE and I hope everybody else does

One kicker is how they make it a grind to get/be forced to buy credits to get cars we've been collecting off and on for 20 years. They make a big deal over the collecting and it's sooo extreme all the new cars are hidden in the car lot. Most cars are not even a realistic price, like a 99 s2000 for 20 grand over real world asking price? 100 grand for a 78 Trans Am? Like, what? They tried to copy forza with the collection aspect, but there isn't even a way to sell cars, like an auction house. Because that might make you some money lol. They don't even have an email address for ideas or to report bugs. It's just disappointing to spend good earned money on something thats un finished, with hidden content in it. Especially aslong as it's been since the last one. There's hardly even any brand new NEW cars. The counter steer assist still wont turn off even when it is, pretty bad on a controller. So that still needs fixing, along with the wired together tires. And it deleting all your decals after you want to edit a livery thats been imported.

Insulting people by way of a generalisation is still insulting people.
If somebody was offended by that, that's on them and perhaps they fit that description.
And perhaps they don't. Perhaps people aren't offended but simply disagree with what you did all the same. What you did was the internet forum equivilent of chucking grenade into a room and then absolving yoursel of any responsability for anyone hurt because you didn't aim it at a specific person. I get that you didn't mean to offend or insult anyone specific and it's good you've apologised for it, but just remember throwing a general insult out there will create backlash. And with that said, let's move on to the point you were actually trying to make.
There is only so much anyone can do at this point, and that is to not buy credits.

I get what you mean, and if no one pays for microtransactions it could limit their inclusion in the future and it's a good suggestion, but that doesn't mean voicing concerns on here isn't also valid. We know Polyphony Digital read these forums, that's a fact, we know people have been voicing concerns on here, on metacritic and on twitter, also valid ways to expres discontent, and since then Kazunori has written a letter to fans acknowledging those concerns. I doubt that would have happened just by no one buying microtransactions, though I do agree that by not buying them you will also make a difference in other ways.

Fair point. It'd be great if we all mellowed out, even for just a little bit. Sometimes, the emotions cloud our judgement and get the better of us, but yes, peace, or rather, a peaceful discussion would be the best option.
