I am disappointed that the cars are not just available right away. I really do not like the used car / legend car menus. Please just put everything into one menu and available at all times. I am sure this is an unpopular opinion, but I don't like that some cars are only available to purchase for a limited time. It is rough with how grindy GT7 is.
Yep, agree. Used car dealership is arse. Brand Central is the way to go.

20 laps at High Speed Ring are a little too much for such a little payout. 200K would have been so much better.

The new Hypercar Parade races look nice, and the Road Atlanta race is just too short.

Overall, the update seems ok to me... but we STILL DESPERATELY NEED GR2 EVENTS PD.

I actually had fun with the HSR event.. Got $240k If it was a higher payout around 200k I would race it more!

My biggest problem with the UCD is how expensive the cars are I mean over 350K credits for a car with 59K+ miles on it.
The mileage is what bothers me there, prices not so much. Any post-01 car in there is just clutter and makes no sense. "Ohh, I can save the earnings of a Clubman Cup win if I buy this new modern car for a few percent off with 90,000 kms on it, ooh, oohhh".

I'm surprised they gave us another High Speed Ring race with weather without fixing the dry line in the last corner, it makes no sense that the bottom would dry first when it's less banked and no one (even the AI) uses that line.

I only had time to drive the MC20 last night and it exceeded my expectations if you can believe that. I though it'd be dull and not provide anything different compared to other similar cars but that's not the case at all. No, it doesn't have the sharpness of an F8 and the stats sheet is nothing to write home about, yet it still feels fast with a surprisingly competent chassis. The engine is fantastic with a smooth power delivery throughout the rev range, giving plenty of shove when you boot it. The steering is predictable with solid weighting like that of a proper grand tourer, making for an enjoyable drive that never feels intimidating.

I honestly don’t care about the two Toyotas and everyone’s balk about having to wait longer to obtain them. I think the Maserati MC20 is the stand out of the pack.
I mean, you should care that content is artificially being held back like this in general. I don’t think anyone wants this to be a recurring trend.

Okay so I've already discovered something to complain about, the C1's in-cockpit odometer is supposed to read in tenths of a mile, but it actually reads miles.

So you are saying that PD isn't spending time and resources on the movie tie in?
Considering how little content they are able to put out I would say it definitely had a impact on game content.
Surely if PD actually spent time and resources, we'd have gotten more than...this?

Seems more that PD just didn't have anything ready and decided to simply stretch a single update's worth of content across Jul, Aug, and potentially Sep.

I just have no idea what they’d be thinking, why they think the way they do and how they continue to think the way they do. There would literally be cricket emojis in the GT7 forum, if we all waited each update, to talk about the game.

There's loads of cars in GT that have or had this issue ever since we got cockpit view in GT5 :banghead:

Why show the first ever kei car and then the next in the kei car menu, but not have those cars available in the game? The “narrator“ even mentions the non-existent AZ-1 as an example. Would have made sense to use an existing kei car, in a kei car championship and claim those kei cars(mentioned in that kei car narration) as prizes to then receive a measly 10,000 Cr. roulette gift , after unlocking the Kei Cars Extra Menu.

Why is the game taking so long to load after the latest update? The main page takes ages to load after you've been in the Hagerty dealership, Brand Central etc.

I mean my game has zero loading times… the sync with the server is the longest part of booting the game and that takes about 2 seconds?

Yeah usually mine has zero loading times. Just seems like it took a stupidly long amount of time to sync with the server.

This very quickly went from “this is a decent selection of cars” to “this is the worst update yet”.

Seriously, what is so hard about adding more races in each update? It’s basically just a spreadsheet and photoshop work if there’s a new card, maybe some time in the livery editor to get some unique AI opponents. Just something that’s more difficult, longer, and/or has more strict entry requirements. Anything structured to encourage exploring the content being added (and already existing) in the game.

Too many variables there is say. Your internet, polyphony’s server loads, etc. I’d worry if it continues over a few days

I really hoped that we will have a new track because of the movie, which was filmed in Dubai and on Hungaroring.
Furthermore, regarding the World Series Event in Amsterdam it feels very bad as these two events in this week would be perfect for publishing new content.

For me this update was one of the baddest we ever had.

There's no point adding in cars and tracks, if there's lack of races.

If you check, very roughly, each circuit have only on average 5 lap 'races'.

'Races' being you start dead last and be 30 seconds behind by the time you clear the first corner. There's so much of circuits that is being under utilized massively. Look at Bathurst. Just 2-3 events there?

The whole game is nothing short of pathetic, disappointment, and a con that PD sold to all of us.

I thought same exact thing when I did the kei car menu. I would say they need to bring the AZ1 to the game but you can literally say that about any number of cars. To me that just kinda sucked they mentioned it but it is nowhere to be found in the game
