im my game box it says : you can sell your cars so....
Everyone's box says that, the PS Store page said the same thing. But PD haven't exactly been... faithful to what they advertised. And I don't know about how it works in Japan but that, among other things, counts as intentionally false marketing and misleading the consumer, both which are a criminal act where I live. I don't expect anything to happen to them though.

When they say "sell your way" maybe they probably meant sell our soul and dignity lol

What do you mean?
Some are staying, obviously, were getting the SSS added in the LCD tomorrow(Aussie time). If cars can be tested/borrowed in Sport Mode, would that make the SSS available to test before buying?

Oh yeah of course, didn't realize that could happen.

I personally don't really care about selling cars as I don't think it adds much value (except for maybe binning 9 of those 10 karts your bought to get that virtual platinum trophy). But if the feature was promised then the feature should be delivered. They have at least recognised the issue and directly addressed it publicly, albeit without giving a specific timeframe.

Unfortunately the way the campaign (menu books) has been designed it's not a simple as sell car > give credits > delete car from garage.

For example, one of the Menu Books (number 6) requires you to tune a '65 Mini to 360pp. Of course, you would've collected one in Menu Book 3 by winning one of the Sunday Cup races. But if you had already sold that '65 Mini, you would have to wait for another to appear in the used car dealership rotation - bringing your game progression to a halt for possibly weeks.

I can see the angry reddit posts already of people accidently selling their Ford Mustang Boss 429 ‘69 from Menu Book 14 BEFORE the collection is finished, then having to wait months for it to appear again in the Legendary Dealership.

It could just go along with a pop-up saying "You will need this car for a menu book in the future, do you really want to sell it?".

PD will likely just make it so you can't sell prize cars.

*The ‘Maserati A6GCS/53 Spyder '54’ and ‘Nissan Skyline Super Silhouette Group 5 '84’ will be available will be purchasable from ‘Legend Cars’ from 29 July. :(

- According to the race event settings, the Balance of Performance (BoP) is now displayed as 3 variations: High-speed (H), Mid-speed (M) and Low-speed (L).

Does this mean that the separate BoP is actually implemented, or just displayed that way?

I think those are 3 BoP variants now
-----
- Tires, power restrictors and ballast can now be purchased from the ‘Race Shop’ in the quick menu. The Race Shop is only available in the quick menu for Garage Car races. Additionally, the Race Shop can be accessed from the Lobby and Meeting Place quick menus. However, in Sport Mode it can only be accessed from the Race Details screen before entry.

I do. Do you?

19 real world GT3 racing cars and one made up Cabriolet (!) racing amongst them. Which one doesn’t fit in? Objectively.
Again no, it is subjective if you feel that these cars are out of place in a Race (as Long as it is with modern race cars). For me they don’t feel like that, I see them in the context of the whole Gran Turismo as fitting in, they don’t bother me.

And a lot of the Gr.3 cars aren’t real world Gr.3 Cars, they are also „fantasy“ Gr.3 cars or been merged into the Group like the Aston Martin DBR9.

And what does made up even mean in that context? These cars get designed and developed with the same tools as the production cars of the company, in the case of the Suzuki even using an engine that already exists.

We can save custom race settings now, I am happy.
What? That’s great!

Of course. I don't understand why they do this.
