I prefer simulation mode. I more enjoy tinkering with the cars, winning the prizes, experimenting with different cars and modifications on different tracks. I like to add the race suspension and see how far I can get with just that mod by optimizing the settings. I also like the progressive nature of the sim game.
there's more stuff to tinker w/ in simulation mode
Xactly the same here!!Originally posted by neon_duke

run a comp in sim mode,... then run the same format in arcade,..... then tell me how ya like your preasous simulation it's sooooooooo inefficient concerning re-load time,.... but I suppose if your just dinkin around,. it's bette than arcade.
If you're using a garage car, yes, but you have to keep switching from Single Race to Free Run and back again. In the Single Race screen, you can't access your settings, even on a garage car. At least not in my game you can't. And if you're using an Arcade car, you can't do it at all.Originally posted by Red Eye Racer
WTF are you guy's talking about? There's no difference in the settings you can choose, apply, or use.

Dinkin' around? Like winning series and modding cars and experimenting with car physics and learning about tuning, and changing your oil and completing the game?
But the question was "which do you like better?"

Yes,... dinkin around is what you do after you've gone through the game more than once....
