Was really good fun, looking forward to next Sunday!
The battles were good (wasn't quite expecting that we were all equally in terms of ranks).

Although, I probably shouldn't have launched my car out of map during the brazil race.

I updated a livery and made a new one for the Honda 2&4 and took it for a spin. There's not much you can do with the car, so it'll be down to driver skill mostly.

Regarding the destination for the 30-lap event, I switched my vote to Kyoto (Y). This puts it in the lead, but there's still 1 week left in the poll (poll closes next Tuesday, 4/16). If you've already voted and want to change your selection, you may do so. Once the poll closes and the results are conclusive, we'll discuss the car(s), theme(s), and propose a date. I may issue a new poll for this as well.

Just a reminder to get your track votes in by 11:30 A.M. (EST) this upcoming Tuesday (4/16) if you haven't already done so. Also, please feel free to invite others to vote and participate in this 30-lap event.

Yeah, I'll be there for a bit. Don't really care for this weeks choice of car, but I'll struggle through it. LOL

I think it's a nice change of pace. We've almost exclusively done road cars since this lobby started. And while that's still the core focus of the group, branching out to other classes will help keep things interesting. I have a class in mind for the 30-lap event, but I'll more than likely put that to a vote once the track selection is finalized.

Sunday's event details are up. The theme is the Nissan GT-R. I think the 2017 GT-Rs are N300 compatible. Can anyone confirm? I'm not at home to check. In any event, please tell me whether or not you'll be attending so I can update the sign-up sheet.

Note: The 30-lap track poll ends late tomorrow morning. You have until then to finalize your vote. Once the track is selected, we'll discuss a date that suits everyone along with the car(s). The 30-lap event will also be a closed (private) lobby to help minimize disruption and potential griefers.

Kyoto (Y) is the destination for the 30-lap race. What should the car(s) be? My vote would be Group C Classics like the Jaguar XJR-9 1988, Nissan R92CP 1992, Mercedes-Benz Sauber C9 1989, and the Mazda 787B 1991, but I almost feel like they would be more suitable to a separate LeMans event. What are everyone's thoughts? Please state a class that interests you and I'll put together a new poll later this week.

We just got done driving the Mazda 787B in Snail, so I am very familiar with that car and the way it handles. I like it. I would also be interested in the MB Sauber C9.
