We just got done driving the Mazda 787B in Snail, so I am very familiar with that car and the way it handles. I like it. I would also be interested in the MB Sauber C9.

I kind of want to wait until that Porsche 962C drops to help increase the field.

Couple of thoughts:

Mechanical Damage will be switched completely on, so you'll need to pit if you wreck. I'm also not sure about fuel/tire depletion. I've always run them at x1 apiece for added realism, but I'm not sure if I should bump it. I imagine everyone will have to pit at least once at the current x1 setting, whether it's for a refuel or tire swap. Did you guys run the Mazda with high fuel/tire depletion? Also, do you think Kyoto will work for that class?

Snail runs with tire X1 and no fuel depletion. They are also sprint races.
Personally, I think the car would perform very well there. We ran it at Monza and it was a blast.

I'll run a custom race to see how it goes. In the meantime, I'll wait for some more car options before creating a new poll.

I'd prefer a real track for the Gr. C cars. I've run the Porsche (991) 911 GT3 at N400 around the longer Yamagiwa track, with high fuel usage that required a pit stop in a 5 lap race. That was fun winning races without pitting and not changing the fuel map.

With tomorrow's update contents pretty much confirmed, the next event will center on the AE86. Race schedule is still TBD. Also, due to a family commitment on Sunday, I'll be switching the event to Saturday. Please let me know if this will work for you.

Sat is good.

The Nordschleife is a lot of fun, I'd sugest morning, or dusk light level for it. Tsukuba is also good and I think the newer Tokyo circuit would give some good racing.

N100 is really good for those that don't have a setup/tune for the car. N200 will be harder to control wuth no setup.

I can get behind those tracks. So, we're looking at a 3-race event. You think 4 laps with the Trueno at Nub (Nord) is too much? The most I've ever done were 2 laps... and those featured more powerful cars.

4 Laps are too much, 2 seem to be a good amount of laps around the 'Ring.

I might have a couple more track suggestions if I race the AE86 tonight.

Here's what we have so far:

Round 1 - Tsukuba Circuit - 10 Laps
Round 2 - Tokyo Expressway (SOL) - 5 Laps
Round 3 - Nürburgring (Nordschleife) - 2 Laps

I'm surprised no one has shared a race tune for this car yet on the Tuning forum. I do know that there are drift tunes on YouTube. @LineR32, you got any recommendations?

Started tuning it N200 but the car is really good on stock setup at N100.

I haven't tried it, but Bathurst would be a great track for the car too.

Think we should run it as a stock series (no tuning)? And then maybe go for a fully-tuned N200 series at a later date?

Specs updated. Maybe switching to non-tuning will increase the turnout for this one. I know people have an aversion to tune friendly races.
