Are you serious ? You must be making a joke not choosing the N100/200 cars to do this right ? It will earn you 2 or 3 million I think. I dont do this, but if you do it, you gotta do it right.

No, because if you loose with x number laps, there will not be any payout, just km/miles, for short time you can use the N100/N200 but overnight it's best to use the Mercedes GT3, i tried with a N200 car and that was a big letdown when i turned on my TV the next day.

I have to agree. For some, the ideal gameplay might be a single button to click to buy every car in the game and win every race in the game.

For me, the ideal game engages me for hundreds of hours, and looking at the thresholds for GTS in-game achievements, the designers seem to agree. I'm nowhere near level three in earnings and it will take a lot of effort to get there. When I get there, I will be able to afford the cars I lust over.

I'm OK with that, but maybe some would like to have the bar lowered to trivial levels

There is a lot of credits to be earned in GT S, people just have to work for it:

over 78 mill so far, in 66 days and it is over 78 mill, since i had 20 mill for a while as well and the credit and MP count stop if they are maxed out .

Pity that 2005 Ford GT didn't sound like it should. It sounds brutal like a thunder and have loud rumble. PD sample is too clean (again this is the problem) and didn't capture the raw and rough tone of V8. I mean... come on Kaz... it's your favorite car! At least give it some love...

Nonetheless it sounds crisp, but hope there is fixes and tweaks for some of other car sound as well.

This is my main issue with GTS cars engine sound this Ford GT sounds really good when breaking from high speed but like you said it should have more loud rumble when acceleration from the lowest gears many cars should have this like Bugatti Veyron 16.4 in real life when you accelerate it sounds almost like a explosion while in the game it's too flat

This Ferrari league is absolute garbage in the professional section of the GT League mode. Why on earth is there no cap on the horse power for this event? It would be actually fun if this was N500, N600, N700 or something so you could compare an upgraded 512 BB with a downgraded Enzo or something. Besides the AI driver always uses N-class cars but the player can grab the Gr.3 or Gr.4 as well.

It's the same problem with other leagues IMO. I love the themes for the GT Leagues a lot (like FR, FF, AWD, boxer, one-make, Japanese etc) but for the love of God please add some N-class caps or bhp limits to it!

Looks like proof right there that PD didn't put much thought into this GT League thing. They basically just added some crap in to say they have more single player stuff for those that complained there wasn't.

Toyota Supra RZ '97 is my favourite N300 car in the game it's fast, drives really enjoyable and the dashboard looks really beautiful great looking speed meters, best interior from any car in the game ?

There is one thing that I feel needs to be addressed in regards to new content.
Some people have said that PD should put in more modern cars, cars which have not been in a GT game like the McLaren 720S and the 2017 Ford GT. The problem with that is the licensing fees for those cars would be quite expensive. They would have to be offered as paid DLC to help cover the cost. That's why we're seeing cars from previous GT's pop up in the latest content updates, because it is much cheaper for PD to implement them - they already hold the licenses and most models are either older or unique to GT (like the FT-1). That is why we aren't seeing the more modern vehicles in the free content updates; it costs more to implement them.

I'll not say the sound in GTS is perfect, but you can't rely on these videos for comparison, they use terrible mics that distort a lot at high db's, which is why they seem so aggressive sounding.

We've all seen these cars before in previous GTs. The Supra is a welcome upgrade... but where's the Lotus GT1 and Ferrari F50GT AND their road car vatiants? Where's the normaly aspirated 300zx?

At this rate, we're gonna wind up woth an improved-improved GT5! What's wrong with that is that we are going to miss out on too much of my favorite late 90s and early 00s road and race machines...AGAIN

Also the fact GT was always about a grind and thus a poorly strategized single player, doesn't mean that its any less dumb today. Its also the reason many have simply moved on from a game that is stale.

I hope PD never change this, i like to earn credits and buy my own cars, i even delete most reward cars, because i want to grind for credits so i can buy them myself, so i think it's safe to say we just have to agree to disagree about the credit earning system in GT games .

No i'm completely fine with working for credits, if it's reasonable... But dreaming to drive one since the first days of GT5 to the end of GT6 when there finally was a chance to grind seasonal event (Indianapolis 600pp which gave 1million in about 7mins). Now the same rumba again, no. It was just waste of time.

Am I understanding you right that you got 10 million credits in half a day by getting 100,000 credits for about a 15 minute race (15 laps in a 1 minute lap?). Because at that rate it would take 25 hours, so to get one of the 20mil cars you need to spend 50 hours on an oval!

Although that is somewhat besides the point. The problem is not necessarily the price of the cars in GT, the main problem is that it’s so 🤬 boring to get money. Who wants to spend hours and hours going around an oval for one car? Thankfully getting most of the cars in the game is relatively easy so you don’t have to grind away just to play it like on previous GT games.

Yes that's true, but if you use the X-Bow, set the power ratio to just under N300 and set the weight ratio to minimum and use racing super soft tires back and medium soft in front, and race clean you will get 50% clean race bonus and 150% car handicap bonus, so after 12 min, you will have:

Thanks for clarifying, that makes a lot more sense, still is over 10 hours of driving around an oval for one car though. I wouldn't mind it taking a while if there was actually something interesting to do to get a decent amount of money, increasing the money you get from sport mode by 10 times would be a good start, as it is you would be lucky to get that 375k in an hour of sport mode racing let alone 12 minutes.
