You've been able to do it in the past GT's so I would assume that you can do it in GT Sport.

Oh man I could have sworn this wasn't an option in GT6, it always bugged me racing with it!! I will have to put the PS3 on tonight and have a look.

With this race ghosting system currently in place (tbc i've not watched any of it yet), have they not tried the same thing in a previous GT game, maybe GT5 Prologue?

I can vaguely recall something like this, where the game was supposed to detect a potential collision (that would not be expected in normal racing), and then ghost the faster car.

GT6 sometimes ghosts the cars in online races to avoid a collision. I think you have to enable the penalty system for that to happen.

It is currently not possible to turn off that indicator unfortunately.

1) Are you able to take screenshots with the Share button? If so, can you share some? (.png preferably)

2) Not really a question, but do you have that thin black frame around the screen in menus too? You can fix it by going in PS4 > Settings > Sound and Screen > Display Area (I tried explain it to Marvin but he didn't listen lol)

GT6 sometimes ghosts the cars in online races to avoid a collision. I think you have to enable the penalty system for that to happen.

The ghosting itself is an option, independent of penalties. I don't recall ever seeing a quick match event that did not have ghosting enabled, which is pretty silly for events listed as "expert." I imagine higher level FIA events will not allow it.

Ah, no you cannot take screenshots from the game itself, that's currently unavailable in the beta and yes I can upload some pictures by themselves here soon

Physics engine is much improved over gt6, as of right now it does not appear that the ride height glitch works, and camber is very effective haha, many stanced cars can be made.

What is the status of FFB wheel support?

In the past, unofficially supported wheels would still work, but were not necessarily shown in the menu screens.

I think the wheels we would be interested in knowing about are -

Logitech G25, G27

Fanatec (Any)

These are the ones that people have which may or may not be supported by the game.

I'd like to know if my DFGT will work at all.

No other racing game on PS4 up to now supports the older wheels, but the fact that I can connect my DFGT to my PS4, which it DOES recognise as it calibrates gives me hope that it could work one day.

Fired up my PS4 to watch some videos of the beta on my HD TV & through my 5.1 system, & was even less impressed. The sounds are so awful that I could only manage a few seconds before I felt compelled to switch it off. They sound different to GT6, for sure, but not better, just a different kind of bad. I think I've made my final decision, & that's not to buy it. So long Gran Turismo, it was fun while it lasted. Thanks for the memories.

Lift off oversteer is missing since pretty much the beginings of the GT isn't it? i wouldn't be surprised if it stays missing in GTS
