GTS has been added as a pre-order to the European PSS and I won't get it. It's simply more than I'd ever pay for a video game. It isn't worth it.

The digital games have crept up a little this past year or so as none were over £49 before. I have pre-ordered the deluxe at £59.99 and think it is great value. In this day and age that is less than one Saturday night out, or a couple of blu rays I will watch once. I will get 100's of hours of fun racing on and offline, photomode, scapes and lots of enjoyment out of this game for many months or even years, and think it is worth every penny. It will probably come out as a discount over the Holiday/Xmas period so if you are not in any rush I can see them dropping it a little in a few months after release. 👍

I'm guessing that I'll have to get it on eBay. I'm not spending anything more than £20 on it because I want my PS Plus subscription. I'll stick with Gran Turismo 3 until then.

Maybe I have been gaming for too long :P , I remember saving up and paying these prices £40-£60 on a game 20 years ago! Console games and CD's are the only things that have never really gone up too much, back in the day these must have been expensive.

Advertising for the original Analog Controller (with no rumble). Didn't see that coming...

Thx @torque99. Now I had to explain to my wife (again) why I cancelled the hard copy version of GTS à €59,99 and pre ordered GTS Digital Deluxe Edition for €69,99. So €10,00 more which equals roughly 4 pints of Heineken.

Yes but honey dear I do get extra digital stickers and a chrome helmet. Her epic response: "Another helmet? You already have three helmets in the garage". Yes dear if I have to explain you wouldn't understand.

And by the way Torque told me it's better to buy digital in stead of a hard copy.
"oooh Torque then it's ok. He sends me flowers every month".

Not only that you don't have to get out your Playseat holding a beer to change the disc over from AC 👍 p.s I'm glad she is getting them -when I said that before it came out wrong  ! but yes anything to help out your case and I am glad she is so understanding to you (maybe she likes some peace for a few hours) ;)

Idk how he/she found this (someone at studio tour have gain some info I guess?). Seems like this are some kind of leaked information regarding the list of remaining cars (still not official list I mind you). I will try to find out where this source came from, but for now what do you guys think? :

Edit : Maybe someone here can help to translate this post that would be nice.

I'm sorry but what is BS though? Also thanks for your response

Mainly the DTM and GT500 cars. There's no class for them to fit in as they're way faster than Gr.3 but are too slow for Gr.1. That's what I find BS about that list.

Idk how he/she found this, but the list is too legit to be a wishlist for the remaining cars. I will try to find out where this source came from, but for now what do you guys think? :

Legitimacy wise, I can't help but to think the list seems oddly way too specific for a "wishlist"...

EDIT: If said Twitter user participated in the so-called "pre-order studio tour", we might have something here.

From Google Translate:
"I guess it's okay to record this much more"
"Gr.4 or something Civic R If it thinks that it will be recorded, all categories will be NSX..."

According to what criteria is the legitimacy of this list being judged?

It has Toyota FT-1 on the list which we have known only appeared in GT franchise so I might think that this some kind of leaked information (like Interlagos). And the text used in this list is quite similiar to GTS official web font. However I don't have exact evidence yet so probably I do mistake to said it "legit". I might edit my post @Famine to avoid misunderstanding.

Yes that is also the point why I post it here. This might come from people who gain opprtunity to go for studio tour and find some interesting information regarding GTS pre-launch.

Oh so that BS is about... What could I say they might introduce new classes/group for that type of cars (Gr.2 perhaps?) but who knows?

At this moment, there are 128 cars revealed. Car count grows to 148 if we include this list; 2 cars left. Tomahawks?

There's already a Tomahawk in Gr.1/Gr.X. The S may be a huge stretch for N1000, but the X is way too fast for anything.
