I would say Vaas from the Far cry 3 series is far more evil then Fat b*stard from Austin Powers but my opinion ofcourse :P

Every time I see him in anything after this, (Better Call Saul, Spiderman Homecoming) I'm like ahhhh It's Vaas! He was a badass in that game. Loved it!

If there is an option to dab in victory lane, i swear PD will get racing game of the year:lol:

haha Bare ass cheeks out the window would be my celebration. I'll find a way. I won't wear underwear to skip one step.
My celebration :D

Imagine seeing this in slo-mo after winning the race...

Welp time preparing for the worst, if people hope for proper campaign mode. I feel sorry right now people expecting to be in. since kaz didn't add anything new right now. I hope people get disappointment early before launch or buying the game. I don't want people to be piss be after buying the game and find out none proper campaign mode.

It was made very clear since Copper Box that the Campaign Mode would just be driving tutorials, license test-like challenges, and missions. Anyone expecting more than that will be disappointed.

So when will there be a full fledged GT7 then? I am disappointed that 4 years into PS4 cycle, we are not getting a full game from 1st party PD.
GT7 on PS5 then? Unreal.

There will be no GT7. GT Sport is GT7, if we're to believe Kaz's words. I suspect if they do decide to revert to the old formula (which I think is highly, highly unlikely, it'll be called Gran Turismo 8 instead. AFAIK GT Sport hasn't been officially announced as a spin off, has it? If it had then I could see the next game being called GT7, but as of right now, I suspect it'll be something following the same ideals as GT Sport or it'll just be titled GT8.

If the game was titled "Gran Turismo 7: Sport", then sure, the next game would be called GT8. But as the number seven hasn't been used in the title, it wouldn't make sense to skip it. If GT Sport turns out to be a flop, they'll likely sweep the whole thing under the rug and call the next game Gran Turismo 7.

Yeah I get you, but like I said, as far as I know, Sport is not a spin off, therefore it would be the 7th game in the main series. Thus why I said the next GT if not GT Sport 2 could straight up be called Gran Turismo 8.

I suppose I could kinda see it happening like that, although I doubt Sport will flop if I'm honest.

I have a feeling GT Sport is only 1 mode of the game.
I mean 4-6 yrs development on a console thats suppose to be much easier to work on than the PS3 was, what have they been doing...c'mon.

Modeling every car down to the last atom, except mechanical parts of course:lol:

There is also arcade mode, photo mode etc. But they've been pretty clear so far that offline is licenses, tests etc. Not sure why anyone is thinking it's anything different other than wishful thinking.

Haven't really been following GT Sport news but just looking at the car and tracks thread, have they mentioned why there's very few tracks? Or is it only ones that have been confirmed? Looks quite disappointing.

It seems that they have never published official car and track list yet. All this is deducted through PD video, interviews or pictures . Disapointing is the lack of informations, not the car and track list by itself.

Final car count has been thrown all over the place, but haven't the only two numbers for track locations only been 15 or 19?

Kazunori Yamauchi: GT Sport Could (Eventually) Feature Up To 500 Cars

EDIT: Personally i ve never use more that 10 tracks frequently in GT6. The only track i would love to have in GTS that i have played in other games is road america.

Now i wonder if GT Sport will have weater effects like rain or not

I guess it's a matter of framerate. Maybe they are tweaking the engine in order to keep the framerate steady. But I agree, it's not a good thing if they're supposed to write previews of GTSport.

His projection for the future of GTS is not whats considered here, we're talking about release. Cars have always ranged from 140-170 and moved only inbetween that so far. Track count started at 19, and dropped to 15, but those are the only two numbers that have been stated by them.

Personally i will consider a prevision more than a release car count to buy a game. Ill not tune and drive 150 cars in a month anyway and i m ok with DLC payed or not if i have quality in the car modeling and above all road behaviors.

That's not what we're talking about. We're talking about the amount of cars and tracks claimed to be at launch.

After Copper Box, would you consider buying GTSport?

That s what i m talking about , i will buy it at lauch with the cars and tracks claimed to be at launch. It s more than enough in my opinion. Knowing that there will be much more make my buy more confident with the future of the game.

Than what you quoted against @NINE_HUNDRED doesn't have much relevance. He was asking for a confirmed count, and info about the lack of content.
