Doesn't seem like heavy fog conditions is in the preview either from his comment, but we have confirmation that is a playable weather condition.

He was asking (why there's very few tracks? is it only ones that have been confirmed?) and i have answered (It seems that they have never published official car and track list yet.) So yes, i think this is a relevant quote sorry.

It's not because they have stated how many tracks there have been, they have also stated a general number for cars as well, so that's the info we have for now. Car count keeps fluctuating for some reason, but it has stayed between 140 and 170, and while tracks have went down from 19 to 15, they have claimed it as an exact number.

What we don't know is why. So we can't answer that part of his question.

So what the future holds for the game, and what they wan't the game to be in down the line with post-content is not exactly relevant to what we're getting at launch.

This was just a tiny event for a small number of newspaper headlines (minor among other things) so it's quite irrelevant for this kind of information.
If they need to pump the game at marketing level it will talk about bigger events like tgs or the psx of August 5 .... if the weather conditions are going to be or not, we will know in these events.

Maybe the weather effects are so bad that they don't want to show it or even ditch it for the full release or it's so good that they keep the best things for the end(final trailer)

The question is that are there any ideas on the 12 cars along with the Pace cars? And what about the Chrome Racing Helmet or Live Sticker Pack?

Also I wonder how's the Deluxe edition in other regions, mainly Europe?

What i'm planning is rather similar to what i have did to Crash Bandicoot. Basically both me and my relatives wants to buy the same game from now, i'm going to pre order a special edition of this game from Online Retailers while my relatives goes with the Standard Physical Copy. ...The very first game I remember doing this "wait-and-buy-GOTY" thing was with Fallout 3 and it worked so well, I did it to pretty much all the games I was interested in. With GTs, yeah, GT5 got that Academy edition but GT6 didn't. But the latter got a price drop only a couple of months later and I got it at like a half price, so it was all good.
