Does anyone know why on Amazon Germany GT Sport Standard and the Steelbook version is not available anymore for pre-order?
Sold out? Or could there be an other reason?

HP
So..... It's been a while O_O Couple years? I logged in to see what's up and here is all this brewhaha about GTS ;) So, what have I missed O_O
The people find out the career mode will be different. Instead they will learn how to driving in professional way. They don't know if you could drive against A.I For championship. People want a race A.I, not going online.
It not about collecting car anymore. It focus on Motorsports.

The game is focus on offline/online competitive racing with real people and more strict rule with driving rating. People getting scare being judge by there driving skill. Some people don't have internet to afford racing online. It focuse more esport/competition. It the reason why people have a lot issue with this game.

The car roster and track get hate on since most of the classic car in the game is not in it. It very turn people off to get the game. The track is more fantasy and less real track. But this one is very subjective since some people like different stuff. Plus some car don't even have interior in GT6

But overall is still GT because it have clean UI, good music sounds track to go with the game. The game have new mode in the game is the new Welcome edition.

But People still want this game to flop because if sale 10-11 million copy because of the name brand. They will not get the same game like collecting car. They will instead get more serious racing game league invole with real people, not racing against A.I.

Nice to see that you are happy with this game too! Looking forward to race with you in GT Sport! :D
Yeah, can't wait for TGS. It'll be on my brother's birthday!
Having put many hours into driving games this gen, the time is right for something with a more competitive element. Maybe it's my age, but I don't have the time or inclination to be tweeking AI difficulty in an attempt to get a satisfying race. Unlike shooters where you can be wiped out by better players, in online racing you can usually find drivers of a similar level, whether that be up front, mid pack, or at the back of the field.

I have to agree with you, and there is a perfect meme for not having the time for that, but I won't post it. You're welcome.

I tell you what happened in nutshell:
We got a night footage. People got disappointed. We got drastically better sounds. People got disappointed. We got Porsches. People got disappointed. We got an in-depth video of the livery editor and the scapes. People got disappointed. We got a cool bathurst footage, where the AI was amazing. People got disappointed. We got a video where an AMG GT moved on a picture, and it looked mind blowing. People got disappointed. We'll probably get rain footage at TGS. People will be disappointed.

Looks like I'm the only one who isn't disappointed by this game. Seriously.

You forgot one thing: PD surprises us with a better Campaign Mode. People got disappointed.

What Campaign Mode? Better than what?
Are you thinking of Career Mode maybe? Campaign Mode is this
Gran Turismo Sport campaign.jpg

I'm aware of the "campaign". I was wondering about @TayeezSA 's statement:
???? Then why ask this.
What Campaign Mode?

Better than what? The only surprise PD made was wipe out the GT Mode ("campaign") and make these challenges.
and again, they didn't wipe out Campaign (licence test's in this case), I think you are referring to the Career Mode of previous GT's (or GT Mode as you've called it, maybe a language thing?) that doesn't seem to exist in this game.

I think you'll find @TayeezSA was just having a bit of fun by adding to the list of the post he replied to.;)

Night Footage : GT6 has also night, nothing is impressive. We also don't know if all the track can be played by night. We don't know if it have a real night / Day transition.
Sound : Some car have the same sound than gt6 (Toyota TS030 for example). It's also a personnal point of view.
Porsche : only one for this moment. And we can see now the 911 GT3 RS in multiple game now (Forza, PC2, The Crew 2,...)
Livery : the option I'm more hyped. It's good but we see this in other game (Forza, NFS for example).
Scape : is it really useful in a Racing game ?
Bathrust : We can do the same in GT6 and other game.
Amg GT video : I don't see this can you send me the link ?
Rain future footage : Kaz said it don't have Rain. But if we have night /Day transition, maybe we have Rain on some track, maybe not all.

We've known that there is no day/night transisitons since the Copper Box event last year. That doesn't stop the game from looking impressive.

Some car have the same sound as GT6

Citation required.

Scape : is it really useful in a Racing game ?

Does this really matter?

Kaz said it don't have rain

When?

There were rain tires in the beta. Pretty sure there's going to be rain

Here you are:

Personally, the scapes are really, really useful for me. I'll take a lot of shots. Maybe one of them will be my wallpaper on my PC. And who knows, maybe I'll be a photographer some day!;) Just look at this one. I could swear it's real!

The night footage: It is truly impressive. I still don't know how they can do such realistic graphics on a PS4 - and that's on 60FPS.
The sounds are definitely improved. In this video, you can know which car is which by the sound:

The rest? It is impressive compared to GT6.

Of course, these are just my opinions.

Read the interview posted yesterday in Japanese. He says they focused on the race cars for the FIA championships but classic cars, road cars, legendary cars, etc. Will be added along the way as updates or DLC.

It says he wants to. We've heard many things that Kaz wants before. We've also noticed that wanting only rarely actually matches up with something making it into a game. It's generally the opposite.

We already know they're modeling the Countach and the RX-7.
