I've had similar problems with Game in the past and it's why I stopped using them. More often than not games I would pre-order would arrive days late with no explanation. They are a poorly run and badly managed.

I Just can't believe It. It's £650 worth of goods and they can't sort them selves out. So livid. I'm £650 out of pocket and no one can explain whats happening.

Wow, what did you order?

And yeah, but there is a reason retail is failing and Game is a perfect example.

I wonder why they do that. It was a hard one but surely doable.

No idea. It was easily the hardest of all of the challenges (like the Camaro at Seattle in GT3), but I definitely beat it twice with the old gold time. Not by much, but that's how it should be IMO; the vast majority of the tests offer a huge buffer. I'm not the fastest GT player, yet I'm consistently a half second or more ahead of the gold times in this game.

Has anyone experienced any Issues Ordering GT Sport Limited Edition/T-GT through GAME.co.uk?

Mine still hasn't been Dispatched & I've been advised they're still trying to Authorise the Payment even though they have taken the Money when I paid through PayPal? I've called over 4 Different agents and none of them know what they are doing. Head Office's Number isn't directly to their actual head office and I had to complain to a receptionist named Leanne to actually get her to understand whats happened and listen to the issue before trying to flog me onto to somebody else. All Next Day DPD Orders are meant to be Delivered next day for the Release Day If over £150 but still nothing :(

Not had any dispatch notifications yet but remember it isn't technically released until tomorrow. Last pre-order i ordered, I didn't get a shipped notification until the evening before release and still got it on time.

If any of you you are using the T300RS, please can you let us know your experiences please.
I haven't used it in the release yet but I did use my T300 with the beta. It worked very well. You don't need to make too many adjustments. You might want to remap some of the buttons to stay consistent with what you use with other racing games (PCars, and PCars2 for me)

Do you use a wheel by any chance? Because that might come into it, but I think what it is is that you have a skewed perception of the average gt player. I'm not the fastest player yet I thrash the AI, but I don't gold every challenge by half a second. I'm not so sure about the vast majority of tests offering a huge buffer, and have a feeling that you're underestimating your ability because you're on a forum of diehard sim enthusiasts and spend a lot of your time communicating with people in the top x% of gt players.

I mean I'm undeniably an enthusiast (I have an account don't I?) though I don't push myself that hard, have been playing GT since GT3, and I can gold every challenge marginally after on average about four or five attempts. My brother, who has also been playing GT since GT3 albeit a lot more casually, will be lucky to get a silver every now and then. We're also both controller players, like 95+% of GT players are.

That's all I can hope for. I gave one last ditched attempt at speaking to them to find out what the issue was and told them If they were refusing to help me that I'd go down to their London Flag Ship store to get the Store Manager to call them directly and demand an answer as It to whats actually happening. Within 5 Seconds of me writing on that on their Live Chat a Manager called me. It's a great shame that I have to go to that length Just to get an understanding of whats gone wrong and now he's actively chasing whats caused the issue for me.

After this experience I'll never Pre Order anything from GAME Online again that's for sure.

All I can do Is hope It arrives tomorrow and If It doesn't then I'll take It up with PayPal get my money back and order It from Amazon UK or Box.co.uk

oh damn, well hope you get it soon mate thats a sick bundle

Cheers bud all I can do is hope!

Until PD adds support for the CSL Elite, I'm on a pad. And with the pad's current issues, I'm typically running strong counter-steer assist and TCS anywhere from 1–3.

I've bolded the part that usually applies to me. :P

Outside of a handful of times, I haven't played GT6 regularly for years at this point, so it's not a matter of being familiar with the series in general. I have been playing almost exclusively racing games for most of 2017 though, so that might be it. Either way, the offline campaign stuff has been, in my experience, much easier than before.

The most obvious is the Circuit Experience section. I'd expect a bit of leeway on the full-lap stuff, but even the individual sections allow for a lot of error while still getting gold. One second is a minimum, usually.

I'm not saying it's necessarily a bad thing, but it does seem like the game's highest achievements have been made a bit easier to appeal to a larger player base. It's right there in the first driving test: it's literally "hold R2 to win".

Hmm, I'm interested to see if your experience of the higher level licence challenges matches mine, but I can certainly agree with you on Circuit experience. I golded all stages of Dragon Trail by about a 1 second margin per sector, with some very untidy driving

It's a long thread so I can't realistically look through everything, quick question, are there car modifications?

Wheels, windshield banners, fully customizable liveries, yellow lights for most race cars, adjustable car settings, adjustable weight and power output yes.

Aftermarket aerodynamic mods, actual performance parts, no.

Can anyone who owns an LMP1 tell me if we're able to use mileage points to adjust their weight and output? And if so, by how much roughly, and can it go both ways? i.e. can I have an LMP1 which is lighter and more powerful than standard? ()

I have preordered the digital version but it's not showing up to download before game launch.
I still have the demo installed on PS4 , does that mean I don't have to redownload and will it automatically update the demo version to the full game , I'm confused ?

Gonna pick up my pre-order after work. Probably won't get to play it until the weekend (work and school).
