This is it. I'm done with this game until they implement local saving
I really hope that whatever dickwad thought online saving only this was a good idea get's fired and ends up as first line support on a helldesk in some company where they constantly have to explain printing to the same users over and over again forever ad infinitum.

Seriously, why didn’t they separate carrier from sport mode, quite as they did with GT/Arcade modes on the former episodes? No pb if separate save files

I just clicked Qualifying Time Trial and after several laps, I got annoyed I hadn't been thrown into a sport mode race yet. Simple mistake right? No.
