The P1 GTR.

Love the fact it tries to kill me, and is perhaps one of my favorites to drive. :)

However, it has a tendency to oversteer like crazy on fast downshifts into a slow corner, and its brakes feel sorta weak.

I know that Kaz san put free DLC to us in each month is more than enough to us, but, as a car lover, I can't customize my car is a huge part of missing in GTS. GTS is good and I admit that, but it can't satisfy me at all.

sorry for another grumble talk.

Really weird how you can use the Fugu Z in the stars and stripes events but not the j sports ones even though it's a Japanese car modified by an American branch of a Japanese company.

I've got to try this.
Shame it can't be run in the Nostalgic car races.

When are they going to sort out GR X ? it's a ***** joke!

What is there to 'sort out' about Gr.X? Its not meant to be a proper category like the others, its just where cars that don't fit in the other categories go... Its why you only see one-car races with anything from Gr.X, they're not meant to be matched like the others...

If you ask me, the Zonda R, P1 GTR, EF7 and Vulcan all deserves a special category only for them.

The BMW i3 could very well be a N200 or N300 car.

The Tesla Model S should be a N400 or N500 car.

The Audi VGT e-Tron should be a Gr1.

But none of the electric cars are because they can't be refueled, and that gives them a unfair advantage on races with fuel consumption.

There IS a Gr.1 version of the Audi...

But as you said, the fully electric car cannot compete in Gr1 races as it cannot be refueled in the same manner as the other cars...

I am not disputing that, I just said the car should be a Gr1 because it'd fit right in based on its performance, same deal with the other cars I listed.

Ok but wouldn't you agree PD's solution was the best possible outcome? Giving us a hybrid we can use in Sport Mode and a e-Tron anywhere else?

A question...

Ages ago someone (I think maybe @Scaff) posted an analysis of online numbers, using trophy data as a basis. I've searched a few times and can't seem to find it - does anyone have a link they could share?

No I don't agree with that, because the best possible solution was to properly reclass the electric cars I listed and then prohibit them from races where fuel consumption is turned on.

Plus you can't just create a hybrid version of the i3 and Model S just like that unless you're shoving them on Gr4 or Gr3.

That way we could still use these cars on regular, casual races where fuel is not a issue.

C2 Corvette in GTS is different from the GT4-GT6 one.

GT4-GT6: 250HP Carburetor (Normal Engine) / 3MT
GTS: 360HP Fuel Injection (The Highest Optional Engine) / Close-ratio 4MT

I'm happy for this changing. :)
Yeah I don't recall the car having that much power. So now it's the best variation!

Hi friends!

A quick question - To anyone who's played GT6 day in & day out, was GT Sport overall a better upgrade? I know graphics & gameplay will have increased tremendously but I'm worried if there's enough to play within the game without online races / leagues etc. In GT6, was a big fan of License tests, doing TTs on tracks & basically all of single player mode. All I played online was the events wish I cherished so much in GT6.

I hope someone answers as it would help me switch from GT6 (which I still play after having packed my PS4) to GT Sport.

Check out @RyanDungey_’s Tweet: look at that tire flex on the p1. I was doing stupid stuff with it on the nurb and also noticed if you crash enough the headlights fall apart the glass/plastic comes off

I just sold every sellable car in my garage (apart from 330 P4 and some other cars i use for grind races) to get to 20 million faster. I can buy most of them quite quick anyway, but i REALLY want that Ford Mark IV

I was on 6.5 million, now i am at 14.6 million. 5ish millions to go :gtpflag:

There should be a prostreet/protouring sort of mod where you put on big wide tyres and modern wheels and install anti roll bars and your favourite LSX V8.... the n/a LS3 being my choice.

Finally back to a million what's the best car to buy for the group 1 cup?

Edit i bought the mclaren vision gt Gr.1 car :)

The livery seems different from the one in-game. However, there are some visible settings like the Jaguar E-type pic and the garage reminds me a cutscene in GTSport with added mirrors. Well done Poly, I don't know what is real or not^^

Edit : I think it's in-game  The garage and its lighting and even the reflections (guard rails) come from the cutscene.

McLaren VGT has good top speed, but imo the best car is Toyota TS050: very stable, fuel efficient (OP in endurance races) and handles a bit better than the Mac too
