Well technically the event allows "players to experience all GT has to offer" since it's being made public... really hope it'll be downloadable though!

The initial news article posted on GTP specifically refers to a "public beta"... hope that wasn't a mistake/misinterpretation, or that Polyphony's plans haven't changed...
