Don't get carried away, the beta isn't going to be publicly released before this London event otherwise it's be pointless flying people in to test it there. It'll just be confirmation and full details on the e ent I'd guess.

Guys, the gifs.

(Yes, this is intentionally ironic)

By the way If something is happening today I doubt it's something direct from PD. More likely just news at this site about the London event, a blog post from Sony PS Blog or both.

Possible but do things get added to the store on Saturdays?

Possible venue for London event?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copper_Box

Note that it has been used for video game events last year. Would be extremely random, however.

May I ask who is this man?

Not to toot my own horn but I think was pretty spot on. :)

So I'm searching through the pages before my original response, and for the life of me I can't find the post I was referring to anymore.

Regardless, quite a few of you were on the mark before we said a single word - it was furthered once we entertained your thoughts as that eventually led to unraveling the whole thing. I may have been a bit overzealous with my word choices as time went on, but it was a learning process and it'll only get better (read: worse for you guys :P) from hereon out.

You mean the post about the tickets or maybe the post about the 24hr Nürburgring?

Strictly speaking, we don't know if it'll be a new trailer (or new anything) at the N24, what with it being a week after the London event. That being said, it'll be a good chance for German GT fans to get a chance at trying it out!

Meanwhile, in Canada...

:(

Only $780 before hotel :P If my credit card limit wasn't so bloody low I'd consider it.

Do you know if the beta will be a public beta or just a beta for the london event?

If I knew that, you would've read about it here. :)

There's always other upcoming events.

Besides, it's better for the site to have Jordan and other staff members at the event, while some of the writing team is standing on guard to get the news out to you all as fast as possible. 👍

Absolutely gutted I can't make the event by the looks of it...price wise it doesn't really suit my budget as I'm saving for my holiday and buying a crapton of clothes and trainers for going.

Still though, I will be on 24/3 watch across the whole event for covering news for everyone else who can't attend. :D

Not to mention that they took over the town of Ronda for GT6's launch. Wonder what GT Sport's launch party will be like. FIA's headquarters are at Place de la Concorde, the biggest square in Paris, so maybe they'll take that over?

It just occurred to me that the Rhonda launch event was arguably the most exciting thing to happen with GT6. Everything that followed kinda fizzled (VGT, course maker). Especially in the shadow of what the competition was offering.

Perhaps we should try enjoying GTSport's reveal event and the fresh air it seems to have brought to :gtplanet:'s GT forums to the fullest. The game itself may not be as exciting (unless you're one of those who have a shot at winning the online competitions of course).

Edit: It took me that long to realize I had a typo.
