It could be off in the settings, there are other hud features missing in that image like position and lap times that were seen earlier.

The interface looks nice, bit it is a demo/beta environment. Probably gonna be changed when with the final version of the game. But I like the pristine white look of it all. Very stylish.

15:30 to 16:30 seems most likely to be correct, because lunch is listed until 3, unless that is also wrong. I think the typo is just the conference end time.
